CONDO NEEDS A LOT OF WORK

Condo not ready for tenets. Refrigerator and range need to be replaced. FAN IN BATHROOM VERY LOUD. Condo failed to meet expectations.

Great, quiet community, close to the beaches, would absolutely stay there again!

Great place, great location!

Reviewer Comments: The place is exactly as described, it has everything you need, nice gardens and pool area, and great location as well.We stayed there for 5 weeks and it was a great choice. Even though the kitchen appliances were a little outdated, everything works great! You can walk 15 minutes to the beach entrance, 5 minutes to nice restaurants, and a 20 minute walk to the grocery store.The managers were great! they helped with everything we needed and replied to our emails really fast.I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice, affordable place to stay and you are not looking for anything super fancy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked through Andrew and he was awesome to work with. Pleasant, responsive, and able to get me what I was looking for. I ended up extending my stay and he make that a breeze. His help was much appreciated and I’ll reach out to him again next time I plan a trip to Marco!

Over priced, even for season.

Fridge made loud grinding noise. Beds were TINY, very hard to sleep in. Toilet seat was tiny. Stove top burner was not level, so it was hard to cook on. Season or not, you expect to get a place with at least decent appliances. I am only 5'8" tall, and had problems with the beds being so small.

Our Stay at Acquirius Marco Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a fabulous vacation. Would have given all 5 stars but the living room furniture was quite uncomfortable; we have been assured it will be replaced for our stay next year. The property was clean and the grounds were extremely well maintained. Management was extremely professional and responsive to phone calls. We loved walking over to Sami's Pizza & Grill in the evening for a pizza, beer and live music. Many other restaurants to choose from within walking and driving distance. Residents Beach was right across the street and the swimming pool at the property was delightful. The price is very reasonable. Whats not to like?

Marco Island in the land of Aquarius

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay at Marco Island. We did have some issues with mildew smell in drawers and closet. I used Fabreze and laundry sheets to cover the smell but clothes still smelled. Having allergies was not helped by the mildew smell. Also the couch in the condo needs to be replaced since it was dirty and sit tooo low to the floor. Otherwise we had great sunny, warm weather on an island with great restaurants and friendly people. We took our bikes but mostly walked to have ice cream and to the beach. We were 1/2 mile from the public beach access since we did not pay for the resident's beach but had a step tracker that let us know we got 3500 steps a day to and from the beach. Enjoyed the exercise but also enjoyed just chilling in the condo using the internet for researching genealogy. We had the front apartment along the main street that could be noisy especially with the ambulances that sped by but at night it was quiet until the next morning. Had the cranks on windows quit working but Marco Properties repaired them fairly quickly. Nice place to stay for January and February with friendly neighbors and large pool area.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall had a great vacation. There were some issues with the Condo but the company was very responsive and easy to work with. My only negative feedback would be that the condo needs serious updating and the internet was TERRIBLE. I would not rent that condo again but definitely would deal with the company.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was good, able to walk to beach and Winn Dixie (appr. 1 mile). Condo has a nice pool area and laundry facilities. The property was clean and well maintained. The management company was bad. They did come when we ask. The condo itself however, does need updated badly. The stove is very rusty, the sink drainage is very rusty and nasty, the bathroom needs updated, furniture is very uncomfortable. It would probably be ok for a week but we were there 3 months. We did get to see some of the other codos in there that were updated and the tenants wete very happy with them. I would not recommend this particular condo to my family or friends. We did love the island!! We are coming back next year!! Thank you!

The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: very old and outdated bathroom and the bedroom dressers smell lik totally enjoyed auquarius and it's convenient location but apartment V2 needs a lot of upgrading, very old and used had to get the management to get new mattresses they were at least 20 years old and filthy kitchen is very old nice dinner ware frig is fine stove is from years ago bathroom has a 12x 12 mirror and the faucet leaks and the medicine cabinet is from 20 years ago nice tile throughout as for the living room quite uncomfortable one couch and one chair without arms huge armoire that houses only a small flatscreen and vcr should be thrown out and use the space more efficiently cause it had doors and unless you sat right in front of it you could not watch it not a lot for the enormous money they are charging would not stay in V2 ever again cause it is on the street and the shutter would not close they tried to fix it but the new pars do not work too well with 40 year old shutters

This place needed a good cleaning and updating.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place needed a good cleaning and updating. The furniture was not conducive to big guys (which my husband is) and he was not comfortable. The kitchen was very dirty. My husband refuses to stay there again.
