Bed bugs in a rustic setting

Pros: - 1 block from the beach - balcony with views to a road and audible from those visiting the staff - staff communicates on all things related to your stay and steps before you leave - amenities: pool, tennis court, beach chairs, shade, pickleball etc - working utilities* Cons - bed bugs on the couch: I lied down on the couch for an afternoon nap and everywhere that my body made contact with the couch had bug bites. I notified the staff and they asked if they should treat it in the middle of my stay or give me an air bed, I declined due to the plans we had for our vacation and they agreed to take care of the inconvenience after the stay to which I agreed nbecause of the very small area in the room. We had to cramp all 4 in 1 bed. After my stay the over communicating crew stopped responding to my texts. After 2+ weeks of texting them they sent a text stating with" stating again no need bugs were found". Not only did their facility affect my vacation, it goes true to hold these folks accountable at the time of the issue and not to trust them! - many of the lights were burned out and I asked the crew for spares and they were able to get a few misfits. They said they would fix it later. Good luck to the next occupants - they give consumables for a 2 night stay regardless of how many nights you stay.

Fixtures and furniture needs updating. Completely uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. Great location but DONT RENT THIS UNIT.

Best location for beach access

Unit is very spacious for a 1 br. Equipped with everything you will ever need. If I were the host, I'd write that they have beach chairs and umbrella and boogie boards/hair dryer/beach towels. These are important and could be the difference between your unit and another VRBO.

Clean condo in great location

Super clean condo with everything you need. Extra towels, pillows and blankets. Comfortable bed and spacious open kitchen/living room area. Nice balcony for your morning coffee and breakfast with small table and chairs. Great location right across from the Marriott and only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach! Beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards in the closet to use were great! Loved our vacation!

As stated in the reviews the condo is a little outdated. However, very clean and very roomy and comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

Clean and Comfortable

The condo unit was a one bedroom with adjoining bath, a full kitchen, and large living room area with a sleeper couch. The view looked west towards the beach with beach access directly across the street from the condo.

Awesome Location, little outdated

We had a great time, had everything we needed, just a little outdated. Pool not that great but beach was AMAZING. Could definitely use blinds in the bedroom, they ask you to do quite a bit of laundry & cleaning before you go which made it not so relaxing, take your own trash out, can only use so much laundry or will be charged extra, dishes need to be cleaned or loaded in the dishwasher etc. Don’t know why we had a cleaning fee if we are doing the majority of the cleaning ;). Definitely some dust build up in some spots & shower drain didn’t work great. Not sure it was worth the price, but we didn’t spend a ton of time in the room anyway.

Long weekend stay

Location was great. The place is a bit dated. It could use some actual blinds in the bedroom. Great location being across the street from the public access. Our flights were changed last minute and the staff were able to get us in early!
