This was our second year staying in this condo, and we loved it. The view is amazing, and it's close to so many restaurants. Everything you need for a day at the beach is provided (and in excellent condition). We loved how easy the beach umbrella is to set up, and that it could handle even the windiest beach day! We will stay here again!

The condo came as advertised, however, several small amenities were either broken or about to break. Having said that, the owner says he was not aware of these items and would promptly fix them. And I believe him. This is a great unit, with a great view, with great amenities, and the owner is very easy to work with. I can recommend this listing to any prospective renter.

Great rental experience. Host lives nearby and was very informative and responsive. Unit has beautiful remodeled kitchen with an unequalled view down all of Marco Beach. Large heated pool. Five restaurants in walking distance. A seamless vacation.

The hosts were excellent at communicating before our trip and during our stay. We enjoyed the fantastic views of the beach from the balcony and the “city views” from the front door. The condo and the building were well maintained and comfortable. It was apparent that the owners care for the unit and about the rental experience. We are looking forward to a future trip and will definitely stay in this unit again.

Steve and Kim have a wonderful place. Between the location, the beach, the balcony, and the view, we truly couldn’t have chosen a better spot. The nearby restaurants were excellent, the pool was a great bonus, and the home had everything we needed and more. Hands down the best week we’ve had!

Enjoyed a wonderful week in Marco Island. Steve and Kim offered a well furnished space with everything at hand! Everything I could think of was available in the kitchen, the bathrooms. and extra blankets and pillows. I felt that the best offering was the items we used for the beach. We used the wagon, chairs, umbrella, and a cooler. This attention to detail was quite impressive. The view was absolutely spectacular and everything that our host described.

Great condo! Excellent view and close to the beach. We had perfect weather the whole week. Saw dolphin while swimming at Tigertail. Very neat! The pool was closed for renovations while we were there but oh well. The gulf was calm the whole week. My only gripe is now I have to go buy a beach umbrella like theirs because we got spoiled. :-)

Family vacation

This was our first trip to Marco Island! Great accommodations and beautiful views from balcony! The sunset view is perfect! Kitchen is fully equipped, and it was wonderful to have a beach cart, coolers, and towels provided. The condo was very clean and felt like home - with easy access to beach and pool! We really enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return! Thank you!

Our stay here was flawless. The view from the living room and main bedroom is incredible. Everything is clean. There’s plenty of room to fully unpack for the week and make ourselves at home quickly. Steve and Kim have thought of everything little detail and we felt very taken care of in this space. Our kids especially loved their separate room with a tv and their own bathroom space too. The pool area is clean and relaxing for the kids and adults. To have the easy access and walk to Tigertail beach is priceless. We made fun memories as a family and look forward to returning as soon as possible.

Beautiful and relaxing

This place is very clean and has great views of the ocean. It has all your cooking needs if you want to eat in. Walking distance to a few restaurants like Doreen’s and Joes, Joey pasta and pizza also La Mesa Mexican were the ones we went to and were good.

Great and relaxing vacation

The property was exactly as advertised. Steven was very quick to communicate with any questions we had. He was very proactive to an issue we didn’t even know we had. The food in the area was amazing. The restaurants around the island were pricy, but well worth it. We would definitely return to Marco Island and use Steven again, if he would have us.

One week in Marco of fun and sun in this great condo. Unit was fully equipped with extras to make the beach experience great. Good communications and very clean. The owner also gave great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Rent a boat and for ride to Keywaddin Island. Highlight of the trip. local backwater fishing guides can also put you on somegreat fishing spots.

Amazing views!

We loved our stay in this condo. It was the perfect size for us and our two teenage daughters. The view was breathtaking. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The owner responded quickly to our questions. We went to the beach and the pool every day. There were so many restaurants within a 5 minute drive. I totally get why people stay here multiple times. We’re definitely coming back.
