Host was a delight to work with. Condo was spotless and beautiful. Linens were plush and beds very comfortable. We enjoyed the location. We loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants. Live music most evenings. We wanted bikes and rode to other shops and restaurants. Met several locals that gave us great advice on food and activities

Richard, our host was easy to communicate to and even left us a nice welcome gift. The condo was gorgeous and very clean. The location was in old Marco Island, quiet and close to everything. We will definitely stay there again. I cant imagine anything that could be better.

Annual girls week

This condo is absolutely spotless, comfortable, and well appointed. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. We have had our girls week in a few different places over the years, but this stay was marked by beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Location is perfect for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. Highly recommend checking it out!

Great Marco Island Condo

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and the furniture was all new and very comfortable - the mattresses, linens, and living room furniture were all very clean and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked - check the cabinets before running to the store because there were some essentials that were very helpful. The condo had four beach chairs and cooler that were clutch since we flew so couldn’t bring our own. The only thing I would note is that the Smith House has live music every night until 9 or 9:30, and they are directly below the condo. If you go to bed early, that may be difficult. But our girls were able to sleep through it, and we enjoyed listening to the performers.We would definitely stay here again!

Old Marco charm

We stayed in unit 412 at the Olde Marco Inn & Suites and had a wonderful experience! The photos are true representations of the rooms. Everything was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch, enjoying the surroundings and watching boats go in and out. Pool was on the smaller side but never crowded and plenty of seating for everyone. There were restaurants and a bakery (many thanks for the bakery gift card) that were great. Our unit was above the nightly (6-9 pm) live music and we stepped out our front door to listen and watch! Great walking neighborhood and easy to walk to The Snook Inn and others. We would love to visit again! Steve and Lori

Perfection

This is a repeat visit for us! The unit is absolutely beautiful, fully equipped and self contained! The view is amazing…sit on the patio and enjoy! The owners have made sure that all your needs are met to include a gift card at the downstairs bakery! The unit is in a great location in Old Marco Island and a hop, skip and a jump away from the iconic Snook Inn! Stay here…you will not be disappointed!

What a great find!

I almost don’t want to leave this review because it will be booked the next time i want to rent it. :) All joking aside, this was our first trip to Marco Island. My wife, teenage son, and I were visiting for Spring Break. The JW Marriott where we often stay when traveling was over $1k/night for a small room with two beds. Instead, we found this unit which had 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, living room, and large balcony with water views. It was perfect. What really made the trip special was that this place is located on Olde Marco Island -- a few miles away from the crowds and throngs of spring breakers. And it's all part of a village of businesses that include a delicious bakery, two full-service restaurants, and quite possibly the greatest little bar I've ever been to -- with live music every night! I loved how laid back and friendly everyone is here. Can't say enough good things about the unit, our hosts, and the location. We will most certainly be back!

Enjoyable

We did a 4 night stay in a very clean and comfortable home away from home. The highlight for us was the screened porch which we spent most of our time to enjoy the beautiful view. We also loved how walkable the area is to enjoy numerous restaurants and shops. The owner’s communicate with you and leave a special treat which we enjoyed. We would be happy stay here again.

Clean, charming and spacious

Great property on Marco island. Beachfront is hard to find, and this was a fantastic alternate option. You can see the ocean from the lanai, and the layout was very comfortable. There’s live music in the courtyard below from 6-9 which we enjoyed, and plenty of restaurant options within 10 min walking distance (some 5 min!) Host was very responsive and check in was easy.

Marco Island Getaway

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this beautiful condo on Marco Island. The location was fabulous and the Condo had everything we needed to make our trip very enjoyable. The Condo was exceptionally clean and had a screened in patio that we were able to sit out and enjoy the beautiful landscape of Marco Island. We were nestled in amongst several shops and restaurants which we were able to enjoy also. Our Host Richard kept us apprised of any maintenance issues going on in the building, such as the elevator being serviced the morning we left, which we appreciated. And he left us a little surprise when we arrived. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

The property has a homey atmosphere. There's great coffee at the breakfast bistro within the hotel grounds. And it is a 9-minute drive to Tigertail Beach. It's a winner for us!

Girls Trip

My friends and I wanted a comfortable and relaxing vacation together. The condo was so clean and bright and perfect! The live music was a bonus every night and we loved our neighbors and people working on the property. It was an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back! The hosts left us a little gift that we got to enjoy during our stay too! It was lovely.

Nice place to stay

Overall was a very nice place to stay. The only thing I would change would be the tub/shower was stopped up and probably just needed snaked. Also it needed more wash clothes, my husband takes a lot of showers and we ran out. Other than that was very clean and bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!
