Excellent Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Esplanade for a week we only wished it was longer! The condo was very clean, we loved the location and the convenience of the restaurant’s on the property and the supermarket across the street. Also, the entertainment on Thursday night was great!

Relaxing and Fun Times!

We loved the Esplanade! Our unit was clean and tastefully decorated. Everything that we needed was there, it was very well stocked. The pool was nice and there are so many bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The master bathroom's shower head leaked, that was the only problem.

PERFECT!

We watched from our home in England via our cameras as the hurricane storm surge engulfed our house on the Isles Of Capri. Friends confirmed that 24 inches of muddy sea water had flooded the whole of the house, everything inside was ruined. We had to come out to start to clean up and rebuild but knew we couldn't stay at our house. This apartment was absolutely the perfect place. We loved it. Central to all the restaurants on Marco and close enough to Capri. The bonus was great weather, a spotlessly clean pool and a great little gym. Highly recommended.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property, well maintained, great location. Close to restaurants, shops, etc. Really loved it! The only thing for me is I would have liked sunshine on the lanai. It is difficult with this complex to achieve that as most have covered lanai and it means having to go to the pool to get sunshine. Having said that loved the place...definitely recommend the Esplanade and Marco Island Vacation Properties.
