Fabulous location! 2 minute walk to the pool and 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Keep in mind the beach is wide so it’s another 7 minute walk to the water’s edge once you reach the sand. The condo was equipped with everything you might need.

Reviewer Comments: You can’t beat South Seas East for its private beach entrance to Tigertail; it’s beautiful, big pools; nicely landscaped and enormous campus; social life,boat docks, and pickleball. This unit faces east and is quiet. It has the slightly larger floor plan and lanai. It’s always clean and the management is responsive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at South Seas and can't wait to get back next year! We have stayed in the taller towers for several years but moved across the street to South Seas C307. It was a great move and really enjoyed all the same amenities (short walk to beach, pickleball, gated community and 5 minute walk to several good restaurants). The condo was in great shape and had everything we needed for our 2 month stay. Also enjoyed cooking out several times on the new Weber grills the complex provides. Overall great experience and can't wait to get back next year.

We enjoyed our stay at South Seas East C307. Condo was very clean and kitchen had all that you need. Plenty of beach towels, bath towels and linens. South Seas location is amazing, easy walk to beach or to eat.

An Excellent Choice for our Marco Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great month in C307. The unit is clean, well-furnished, and has a lovely wide-open view of the beautifully landscaped grounds and Clam Bay. I was happy to find the kitchen stocked with the basics for cooking. Guests restock what they use. Beds were all very comfortable. South Seas East has a private gated path to the beach. It is exactly .5 miles from the door of the condo to the water’s edge and the sand is hard-packed and easy to walk on. We walked the beach every day. There are two large pools plus tennis and pickle ball. The location is convenient to everything. We found the residents friendly and fun. Don’t miss the pair of Burrowing Owls that live right at the gate! Also want to mention that everyone at the rental agency was helpful and always accessible. Highly recommend booking with them.

Very happy stay on Marco Island

We had a lovely stay on Marco Island. The condo development was quite nice and the people were very friendly. We especially loved the proximity to the beach and the pool. The owners were very responsive when we brought up a few minor issues. The kitchen and baths are on the older side but they were well maintained and clean. I wish the kitchen had been better stocked. For example, I went out and bought a salad spinner and plastic drink pitcher. Also, the knives in the unit aren’t very good. We also wish the unit had comfortable lounging chairs on the lanai. It had chairs for eating but no outside chaise or sofa. Otherwise, the unit was exactly what we needed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here this October. The condo was clean, updated, and very comfortable. Also the location was ideal. I have stayed in the South Seas community before and was very happy to be back. I’m hoping to continue coming back. Thank you for a great month.

The condo was clean, and was equipped with pretty much all you needed to stay there. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and the screened balcony almost every day. And, as stated, the beach was only a short walk away. My only suggestion might be to brighten the interior of the unit a little.

Sunny Days in Florida

This was our second vacation on Marco and the second in the South Seas area. The only issues we had were that the shelving in both bathroom closets were absolutely ready to fall away from the wall! I was afraid to hang anything on the wire shelves. We notified management, someone came over to look at them and take measurements but we never heard from them again. The wire shelves MUST be repaired.The kitchen faucet needs adjusted because it is difficult to move from right to left. There is a large tear on the screen on the porch. Easy to fix minor stuff really.

Relaxing in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This time we decided to stay in South Seas East instead of one of the Towers. It was a great choice as we were right beside the Tennis Courts (important to us) and a minute and a half walk to the pool. The unit was very clean and recently updated with comfortable beds and furniture. As this is a gated community I highly recommend paying the extra ten dollars for the coded gate pass as it will save a ton of time when re-entering the complex! I hardily recommend this unit to anyone tired of dealing with the tower elevators and long walk from the tower parking garage.

The Only Place to be in the Winter

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay on Marco Island could not have been any more pleasant. The agency who rented to us was very responsive and very courteous. They helped our transition from one unit to another very easy. When we called them with a concern about the smoke detector, maintenance was sent immediately.The unit was very clean, comfortable and overlooked a lovely canal and had easy access to Tiger Tail Beach. If I had to make any suggestions at all regarding this unit, I would suggest that the guest room had a full size bed along with the crib. Having a single twin bed and a crib only made it difficult to have overnight guests.
