Property was the perfect size and easy to find. It had everything we needed and in good condition. Just minutes away from restaurants, shops and the beach.

Great view and comfortable condo on Macro Island

Everything is as listed and we had a great stay. The only hitch is that it was cumbersome to get a 5 day parking pass and a 3 day gate pass. We were told to call the office after the 3rd day, and they would open the gate for us. But when we did this, we were told the property owner would have to call for us. Luckily other owners in the building were very friendly and helpful. Thanks to them, this was only a minor bump in an overall great stay.

Everything Perfect

Location! Condo! Communication! Everything about this stay was perfect. If you want to rent bikes, it’s almost the next building. The cleanliness of the condo was great. Check in and out were easy and communication with owner when I had a couple questions was easy and he’s very responsive. Location was perfect for us and very walkable to fun areas. Highly recommend

Beautiful

We had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful. I loved seeing the dolphins, pelicans and sunrises from the lanai. The condo was very comfy and had everything we needed. The beach chairs and cooler are a huge bonus. The location of the pool was awesome. The people were all so kind and helpful too. We had an amazing time on the island.

Great spot!

Beautiful and clean condo. Perfect for 2-3 people to stay. Great views. Plenty of perks and supplies in rental. Many details prior to check in, but the lock/unlock process is nice.

Breathtaking view!! The condo is beautiful!! It was the most well stocked and cleaned condo we have ever stayed in!! And Itrip was on it with we had any needs or concerns!!! Going to reserve with them again!! We can’t wait!! We love Marco!!

There’s nothing negative to say about the property that we stayed in. it was the entire community that was in total disarray. The elevators did not work properly. We were woken up on our last night with the fire alarm going off in the entire building. The alarm rang inside of the property for approximately 10 minutes nonstop. The elevators were not functioning properly so we ended Up taking five flights of stairs, numerous times to get to our condo. There were signs posted all over the place that dogs were not allowed. However, there was a dog barking, not too far away from our unit. Would love to stay here again, if they would only fix the problems with the elevators..

Cleanest rental I ever stayed at.

I have stayed at a lot of rentals and I have experienced all levels of clean, but none really clean like I think a rental should be, especially with the cleaning charges we have to pay! This was the first one that was really clean. That was a big plus for sure. I happened to come during a big rain event storm that lasted the 5 days I was there, leaving behind 15 - 20 inches of rain. The road getting to this rental was flooded and my car started chugging. It was really scary. My sister lives nearby in Goodland so we ended up staying at her house the first night. We got in the next day, however it rained terribly the entire time and it was difficult to get around the area. Every time there was a downpour the entrance and parking lot would flood. It was disappointing, however the place was good. I could not find a cancelation policy on their listing, so I don't even know if I could cancel. It was just a really disappointing vacation.

Great vacation on Marco Island

This was our first trip to MI and we loved it! We liked that this condo is in a quiet location, loved having coffee on the balcony and watching the wildlife. The condo was modern, clean and well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. Some great restaurants nearby, Snook Inn was fun with a live band, Dolphin Tiki Bar had the best coconut shrimp. The beaches are amazing, we would definitely come back and stay here again. We checked in Saturday afternoon and had some trouble getting through the gate, but were able to get a hold of the iTrip property manager easily to get a new access code. The $30 fee upon checkin must be cash just fyi.

Wonderful unit

We love this unit and the Riverside Club. My only suggestion would be to get a bigger bed. I’m not sure if it was a queen or a full size but we just stayed at the Westin in a queen and it was fine. This felt smaller. The views were so magnificent

Great condo, great views

My husband and I chose to stay in this condo for our 20th anniversary. It was perfect and we loved it so much we added another night to our stay. The balcony was great to sit out on and eat breakfast. We watched dolphins swim and boats go out to the gulf. We would highly recommend. The management was easy to communicate with and even available when we needed to give them a call. We would stay here again when we come back to Marco Island.
