Perfection in Paradise

The BEST ownership group, I’ve stayed with at SS Towers. The place is perfect, the 17th floor views are amazing, the condo is VERY nice. We loved it from the second we walked in, it’s just so relaxing. The layout is perfect…the bedrooms and bathroom are exactly what you need on vacation. You can tell they spared no expense with the updates. The gym and pool are a nice touch to the condo. The beach gear is everything you need 4 chairs, new tent and umbrella and a solid beach cart with air pump. Listen this place is fully updated, ownership is very helpful and the location is great. The views in the morning and at sunset will take all your stress away. Enjoy Marco Island …This is paradise!

Great experience and beautiful location

We stayed in the condo for a week. This was probably the best experience we have ever had in terms of location and the condo itself when staying in FL. The host was super responsive, the condo was extremely clean and well stocked. Amazing views from the balcony, felt like home and we didn’t want to leave. This was not our first stay in that location but we’ll definitely be back again and hopefully book the same condo. Another plus was the heated pool and quiet and relaxing surroundings. Kudos to the host for this great experience!

Great family vacation

The condo was as described. The beach essentials (towels, cooler, chairs, umbrella, carl) were awesome to have. Family enjoyed the beach, pool, and lots of pickleball and tennis. Great stay! Will look to return in the future!

Highly recommended!

This is our second trip to Marco and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this same unit again. The highlight of our trip was watching the most amazing sunset from the balcony each night. The owners thought of everything and were great with communication. This is a well stocked condo. We were thankful for the beach cart, beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels.

Beautiful Property on Tigertail Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Jim and Amy's property! It was exactly as the pictures show and was everything we needed and more. It was SUPER clean, spacious, comfortable and loved all the updates. The kitchen was fully equipped and a good size. The views from the balconies and kitchen were beautiful. Everything you could need for the beach they provided. The beach and pool were great. We were there during a heat wave so it was extremely hot. Be mindful there is quite a walk to the beach so that was the only difficult thing walking with all of our gear (thankfully they provide an awesome beach cart!) and two young kids. Also *wear water shoes* as there are lots of broken shells near the water. Jim and Amy were excellent at communicating and everything was seamless. Overall, excellent place to stay and would definitely return!

Updated Modern Condo

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The view of the ocean and sunsets were fantastic. The condo itself has been recently updated and is very nicely furnished. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation

Jim and Amy were excellent hosts who kept us well informed. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The view toward Tiger Tail beach was restful and faced the setting sun (month of May).

One of the best places

We travel often and prefer to use VRBRO for our stays. So far this was the best experience. The communication with the owners was easy, both the check in and check out process super easy. The place is beautiful and feels like home. I am a neat freak and the place is supper clean and tidy! It feels very safe to spend quality time with kids. During our stay we saw a lot of dolphins and a couple of manatees from the beach. We are definitely coming back!

Beautiful View with Everything you Need

This condo is very clean and updated with beautiful finishes and furnishings. It has amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and Marco Island. The owner has it well stocked with everything you need for cooking and the beach!

Amazing!

Very beautiful view and condo. We've stayed in Marco Island many times and this was by far one of the nicest places we've stayed. Plenty of things to do and so much fun! Highly recommend staying here!

Great Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay on Marco Island! The views in this condo are unmatched, and we enjoyed being spoiled with them all week long. What a treat to look out at the water over a bowl of cereal and a coffee. Our older son brought his binoculars and had a blast looking out at the beach and all the beachgoers! The condo itself was perfection- lovely decor, well equipped kitchen, and comfy beds. We had two small kids with us, and I never worried about them breaking something, which is typically not the case when we rent. The condo was spacious enough for our family of four and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Having two bathrooms was great and our boys enjoyed the bunk beds! I found the tvs super easy to use and loved being able to sign in to Netflix so my husband and I could watch shows at night we never get around to during our busy lives at home. The beach gear, towels, toys and wagon made trips to the beach so comfortable and enjoyable. Every amenity has been thoughtfully considered and we felt like our visit was as pleasurable as it could possibly be when you are traveling with little ones. We had a hard time leaving, and hope to return soon!

Superb!

The unit was in a prime location with perfect amenities. The views of the ocean were spectacular! We especially liked having all the beach supplies for use! We chose to use The Wave to ride on the island instead of always driving and found it to be quite convenient. The owners were great communicators, both ahead of time and whenever we had questions. We would HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay here!

South Seas Stay

We had a wonderful time at Jim and Amy’s condo. It was everything and more than we expected it to be. It’s beautiful. Nicely furnished, plenty of supplies and incredibly neat and clean. The South Seas is a beautiful and well maintained property. We will definitely be back next year!

Everything was perfect!

From the ocean view to the arrival process, everything was perfect! The condo is beautifully renovated, clean and had everything we needed. I’ve rented many condos on Marco and this was the only one that had a pack and play and a high chair for the baby. It was beyond helpful! We enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the ocean and then headed to the pool or beach for the day. The pool was so warm in January. And everyone around the condo is so friendly. The kitchen had all the supplies needed to make meals. And there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance as well. The owners, Jim and Amy were so thorough with the instructions for the arrival process. I would definitely recommend their beautiful condo!

Great time, great place in Marco Island

We stayed for 2 weeks at this property in January and had a wonderful time. The location is ideal with a short walk to the beach and beautiful views especially for sunset. The unit was stocked with everything we needed. We had a couple of very minor issues but Jim was immediately responsive and they were resolved in just minutes. The master bed was super comfortable and all sheets, towels, etc. were of good quality. We took advantage of the excellent tennis and pickleball facility right across the street from our condo. We also used the fitness center which is not big but perfectly fine for us. The place is in walking distance of a popular breakfast spot and a few other restaurants. Other places were just a short drive. Jim set us up with some very good recommendations. We loved walking on the beach - it is a good 2 football fields wide or more. Recommend shoes down by the ocean as there are lots of shells. We walked barefoot as well but just have to be more careful. The pool is nice and was not overcrowded. It is heated so fine to swim even on a bit cooler day. We would have liked a hot tub as well but not a huge deal. Overall we highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful condo!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! And you get a beautiful view of the sunset every night! It was very clean and quiet. We went to just relax for the week and this was the perfect place! I would definitely rent from them again! Jim and Amy were great at communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed!
