Great views and location!

First time visiting Marco Island and it did not disappoint. Condo was in great location, had tremendous views. Island is easy to navigate with lots of restaurant options.

Excellent stay at Somerset in Marco

This was our first time staying on the oceanfront in Marco Island and the Somerset did not disappoint. We love the southern part of the beach and it was great to see that even during spring break there was plenty of space (mostly due to the fact that the public access points were not close). The condo was well stocked for visitors and was absolutely perfect. The check-in process was simple and overall no issues. Would come again in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in several different Somerset units and this was one of the best. Unlike most others, it has both a front porch with views to the water and the sunrise and a large balcony on the backside with a 180 degree view of the gulf and sunset. We enjoyed both. The furnishings and decor are showing a little wear and tear but were nice enough. We liked that the kitchen was well equipped (with the exception of needing a big frying pan). The rental agency was easy to work with and had nice touches that some other agencies don't always provide such as hand soap, extra dish detergent, laundry detergent, plenty of TP and paper towels and detailed instructions for operating the TVs. We look forward to next year!

Great host! Quick to respond, etc. wonderful condo with great amenities. Easy to walk to restaurants and sit on the porch for sunset or morning coffee. Coming back for sure.

Beautiful View!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me first say, the location is perfect and the condo was very clean. A few negatives were the master bedroom pillows (please buy new softer pillows) and the master bed itself was pretty uncomfortable. The beach/pool toys were mostly broken and useless. We had to buy a sun covering and have it shipped (amazon) so it wasn't a total loss. Other than that, the management was so accommodating and speedy. We had a squeaky ceiling fan in the master and when I had my fill of that we called and they came that day with a brand new fan. Exceptional customer service! Kitchen utensils/pans could use some updating but none of this (except the pillows) ruined our time there. We would happily stay again. We really appreciated our time there. 2nd time with Marco IVP and we will totally be back. Easy and professional!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Somerset is located in one of the prime spots on Marco Island Beach. With a large beachfront, it rarely feels crowded. The views of the Southwest Florida sunset from the balcony are just beautiful. We enjoyed dinners on the balcony, and at several of the restaurants within walking distance. We also had no trouble getting a court to play tennis. It was a very restful vacation!

Unit 909 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Andrew for being so helpful, very quick respond time also. 😊 The condo was very cozy and in a great location! The beach view from the balcony with the sunset is perfect! The condo itself is very clean with beautiful landscape and 2 large pools. You can also see the sun rise from the front door of this unit 909.

Somerset 909...beautiful! Although there is no sun on the large balcony the views are intense! Our bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The kitchen was well stocked and we found everything we needed. Our stay was top notch! With having so many top notch, and delicious, resteraunts so close to the condo we were able to walk to dinner, breakfast or lunch from the condo. We look forward to a return visit to this beautiful condo.

Fantastic from check IN to check OUT!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Need to give a shout out to the young lady who checked us in. We thought while making a copy of my license that she didn't return it. I couldn't find it. She drove back to the office, after closing hours, to see if it was there. While she did that I checked the car, more thoroughly, and found it! We felt terrible but she was only glad I had found it and was so kind about it! Our condo was perfect! A few little recommendations, the coffee pot had a chipped spout which I hoped we weren't getting glass in our coffee! We didn't but could be replaced. Also, I like toast every morning and the toaster gave me problems with releasing the bread! Had to unplug and dig it out. Again, not a huge concern but easy enough to replace. The view is beautiful. The bed was super comfy and we didn't have a problem falling asleep. I like a flatter pillow but made do, happily! A short walk to the best restaurants! The FIn Bistro & DeVincis were our favorite. We absolutely adore Marco Island and we are looking forward, in the near future, to being a seasonal renter.We will use this management company due to the respect they have for their customers.A win WIN for us!Enjoy & God Bless!
