Perfect views

The condo was well stocked. An abundance of towels and sheets. A beach cart would be helpful because of long walk to beach. Needs directions for tv in living room. Could not get live tv at all.

Lovely place

The condo was clean and updated. The kitchen was well supplied and there were plenty of beach towels and chairs and even a nice cooler with wheels. A wagon would be helpful for the long walks to the beach.

Enjoyed out stay

We enjoyed the condo. The only problem we had was it was hard to figure out switches for light/fans. The rules at the pool were a little excessive but I know that is not the fault of the owners.

Winter get away

Visited in late January, the condo was very clean. Plenty of linens, modern kitchen. Close to great restaurants. Our favorites were Marco Prime And da Vinci’s. The pool was heated and very warm. It was in the low 70 s outside, so that was very nice. The tub was draining a little slow. Management very responsive, fixed that afternoon.

Lovely condo with an awesome view

Very nice condo, great view, clean, close to everything. Good experience with condo management. Long walk to ocean so if you have physical limitations thick twice. Beautiful, heated pool; inside garage parking.

The condo was extremely nice. The pool was disappointing due to all the rules. The pool lady could have been a little nicer. Not a family friendly pool. The laundry room was down all week due to a flood but that’s no big deal to me. The island is beautiful.

On vacation to relax

Our condo was great. The pool was nice and warm. Weather was great. We didn’t think much of all the masking and the keys and codes to get in doors and guard at the gate. Did not realize it was that way when we booked.

Everything we were needing!!

Loved our stay at 1209!!!! Clean, full kitchen, plenty of blankets, sheets, towels, and beautiful view! The only thing we would look into next time is getting a small wagon as walk to beach is about a half a mile (and we have 3 kids under 5) but other than that all the beach amenities and pool was exactly what we were looking for. We will back!

Great and not so great!

The condo: The unit is located on the beach with great views and you can look down over the balcony and see your family swimming in the pool. (The pool lady is not friendly and very bossy!) Kitchen and bathrooms are nicely remodeled. Kitchen has all the necessary equipment needed to cook, make coffee, etc. but no cleaning supplies like windex, etc. We can take care of the place, but not going to go buy a whole pile of cleaning supplies for a 10 day vacation. The balcony has several broken tiles laying loose in broken pieces that they balanced a table over so no one would step on them. You would certainly cut your feet and is very unsafe for kids. The living room and kitchen furniture is very dated and uncomfortable. A toy rolled under the couch and we lifted it to retrieve it and two years of dust and goldfish crackers were stored under there. Blech! The cable box is perched on top of several boxes of games sitting on top of a bar stool. Don't plan on playing the games as the cable box would then dangle from the tv. TV clickers didn't work properly so no way to watch local or cable channels. The cushions are way too big for the kitchen benches so they don't stay on. Maybe none of this matters if you spend all your time outside, but we had a cold snap of weather that forced us indoors for a few days. Overall the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are very nice and comfortable. Everything else, including the balcony, needs an overhaul. The Mgmt Co: The staff is friendly and do appear as though they want to make your stay pleasant. However, I don't want to download an app to my phone for a 10 day stay. But apparently all the instructions are on the app. Didn't realize the keys couldn't be picked up in the building. That's on me I guess. But when finally figuring out what and where....we arrived in the unit and it hadn't been cleaned. Linens piled in the tub, dirty toilets, beds unmade, sand on the floor, crumbs on the kitchen table. Tried calling the number on the keys, but no one answers. Anytime we called you had to leave a message and they call you back (during normal hours.) You have to sit around and wait for a response. According to the management company the unit had been empty for two weeks and was listed as clean after the last occupants. They said that maybe the owner used it without telling them and so it was never cleaned. Waited three more hours to get in, but the cleaning crew did a good job!

🌴island time

An excellent time, wonderful newly decorated condo, beautiful view and more great memories. Because it was new there was a slight problem with the cable hook up. (Boxes need updated) It happens. The property manager (Andrew) went above and beyond to make sure things were fixed with as little to no bother to us. THANKS ANDREW! This condo has most everything you could need, and all brand new. One thing that was not there that might come in handy for those who pack up and spend the day at the beach is a beach cart. Not important but makes it easier. Also a foldable towel rack for beach/pool towels and suits. Other than that.... it’s there. Enjoy! Life’s short - make memories!
