    Please note:
    After booking is accepted, guests will receive a required HOA registration email from The Somerset Association. Completion of this form is mandatory and includes a non-refundable $150 association fee, payable directly to the HOA.

    Sea Turtle Nesting Season (May 1 – October 31)

    Marco Island is home to protected sea turtles. During nesting season, guests are required to:

    Turn off balcony lights by 9:00 p.m.

    Close drapes or window coverings facing the Gulf to prevent interior light spill

    These measures are required by law to protect endangered wildlife. Guests are responsible for compliance, and any fines incurred due to violations will be the responsibility of the renter.

Jeff’s condo was perfect for our beach vacation. Very clean and he was an extremely responsive host. The Somerset is the perfect stay for a relaxing beach vacation.

This condo at the Somerset is a perfect “10.” Very clean, comfortable beds, fantastic beach views. Check in and check out processes were very smooth and the host was very responsive. Will definitely rent again!

Jeff was very easy to work with! Whatever question I had, he answered right away. The apartment is comfortable and well- equipped. There are plenty of beach chairs.

Overall, it was a good place to stay.I only had a few things that I thought needed attention.The first bedroom,was kinda warm,no tv,no fan and no place to hang clothes.also, you could see in,if you were getting off the elevator.The second bedroom with the twin beds,the mattresses and bed frames need to be replaced.They are not comfortable for adults at all.Also,the stuff in storage area downstairs needs to be replaced.It is old and moldy. Overall,a great location to restaurants,activities,and Mr. Jeff was a great host. I would stay again,with the few updates.

We had the best time in Marco and this condo was the perfect place for our family to stay. We traveled with young kids, and the layout was perfect! Access to the beach and the pool were so convenient. The host was super responsive and kept the unit clean! In fact, all facilities on the property were well kept. Already looking forward to booking again for next year!

Very nice comfortable condo with beautiful ocean view. It had everything we needed. Our host was great to work with. Went on wildlife and shelling excursion. Saw many dolphins jumping very close to boat. Awesome! Would definitely recommend!

One of our best weeks in Marco! Most comfortable unit with memory foam toppers on the beds, beautiful balcony furniture, deep sofa, and great beach chairs! The view of the Gulf is amazing! The shower had wonderful, thick rain drops for a spa experience after a long day at the beach. The unit was clean and fully stocked with all necessities and fast wi-fi. Jeff is a great host, who communicates in a timely manner and was so accommodating for our arrival and departure. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

The condo was extremely clean, well equipped, incredible view and sounds of the ocean. Family friendly environment as well. Great location. Great amenities onsite including private beach, pools, storage locker of all the beach necessities, as well as jet skis for a short walk down the beach, lots of shell hunting, and peaceful environment. The condo was spacious and had everything you need for a long week or more. The owner was great and well accommodating! When we return, this will be our top choice.

This is a fantastic condo. Our 4th different unit that we have rented at the Somerset and we loved this one. The storage locker has a ton an items in it perfect for the beach. Only complaint there is there are a couple broken or damaged items like an umbrella or a boogie board that can’t really be used. But nothing that got in our way at all. Very clean unit and had all the essentials for us. Will book again.
