"No coffee machine in the room and no option to get a coffee before 7 am . Then it costs 5 euros to get it to the room. Cup of tea 7.7 . For 5 stars hotel as it says it is ridiculous. "

"I couldn’t go on my trip last minute because of medical emergency with my health i tried to ask for a refund on the room and they refused to give me one. I tried a few times and they didn’t want to help me at all and I was traveling from the united state. So my wife and daughter where still going and because the room was in my name for check in they wouldn’t allow me to change to my wife’s name so they could stay at the hotel. I had to book another hotel for my wife and daughter to stay in worst...

"We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport, and unfortunately I would not stay again or recommend to anyone.The photos and description did not match the place we stayed in. The room felt dirty, the shower curtain had mold, and we saw two bugs on the floor. The AC did not cool the room well, so it was very hot.
