"We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us. "I could not have asked for more. Property is very well located in Baga. Unlike more resorts, facilities are very easily accessible, with the big pool in the middle (which you can use until 0h30!!!). Rooms were very comfortable, good bathroom. What distinguishes this hotel, though, is the extremely professional, kind, helpful, dedicated, smiley team. Honestly, I have rarely seen such staff elsewhere in the world. Congratulations!"

"The stay was equipped somewhat okay. We did miss two chairs inside our room. The pool was not very clean and some of the staffs were kind of passive and not very welcoming. Overall I would say the stay was okay but could do much better, given the other facilities available, including the adequate parking and the swimming pool."

"Proximity of the property to all the good places to visit. Staff need to be more trained on customer service. The corridors outside the rooms were dirty. Looks like the General Manager is inexperienced and does not do his checks and controls. Overall good property but not managed well by the leadership team of the property"
