Excellent Location and nice home

We loved our stay, it was a great layout for our group of 2 small families. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach very much, and the nice quiet street for kids to play. If you’re a parent and your kids needs a dark room, make sure to bring extra covers for the windows as the blinds don’t block the light. We’ll be back!

Great House

The house is really beautiful, it was rainy in Manzanita so it was great to have such a comfortable cozy place to stay with a lovely gas fireplace.

Beautiful with a few hiccups

This property is beautiful and in a great location. Very comfortable bedrooms and living space, very clean and modern. That said, we had a few hiccups. The BBQ did not work and it took a couple of days to get it replaced. Th master bath’s shower was clogged and flooded when we showered. The shower was taken care of immediately but as noted the grill took a couple of days. The management company was very nice but when I realized I left/lost something in the house and asked if the cleaners could look to see if it was there, I was told that there was a fee to simple look for an item whether they found it or not which I think is totally lame! But overall a very nice stay.

Loved This Property

The house was exactly as described. Even better than we expected was the view. The layout was perfect for our needs. We took advantage of the easy walk to the beach multiple times a day, and had a bonfire one night. We also opened windows at night and could hear the ocean. The kitchen appliances, big and small, were top of the line and easy to use. I appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail in the design. I wished I would have brought coffee filters, olive oil and some common spices, as we only found salt and pepper in the kitchen. Three of us worked remotely at various times, and the WiFi always worked perfectly. We didn't have time until our last night to use the entertainment. We are not good with technology, so I wish we would have taken the time to figure out streaming early in the stay or prior to so we could have watched a movie the last night of our stay. If we return to the Oregon coast we will definitely stay here again. We all loved this house!

Manzanita house

This house is lovely, on a quiet street and very close to beach access. Three bedrooms, full bath, and a half bath on the bottom floor are convenient - beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. The upper floor is spacious and open with a glimpse of the ocean - master bedroom and another full bath. The kitchen is well stocked utensil wise, but be sure to bring any and all condiments you may need. If you think you might want to watch a movie be sure to bring a computer with a HDMI port because that's the only way to access the ROKU channels (by logging into your personal accounts) - I missed that explanation in the rental info so I think it is worth mentioning here in reviews as well. Overall a great stay, thank you!

It’s traditional now 😊

This was our 3rd year in a row staying at this great property. We invited a new set of friends to enjoy with us. They all enjoyed Manzanita, the home and the beautiful architecture inside. We’re all a bunch Of designers, so appreciating the details was fun to do. Everything we needed, perfect level of relaxation and comfort. Looking forward to next year.

A delightful, well planned space. Roomy yet homey.

The property was true to the photos. It is comfortable and from the main upstairs space, gives one a delightful sense of being in a tree house with ocean views amid the green of the abundant trees. Lots of room and well organized and easy to keep clean. I would go back in a heartbreak!

A beautiful spot

This house is gorgeous and suited our needs perfectly! The house is well built, modern, and very comfortable. The small touches like having masks available, and being able to text the property management company were great! We had two toddlers so note that there is no bathtub but they didn't care and we didn't care. They loved the walk-in shower. The open floor plan was great for socializing and the enclosed balconies were great for the kids. The kitchen is very well-stocked and the products supplied were high-quality (detergent, shampoo, soap, etc). We also appreciated that there was care taken in making recycling easy to sort. There is obviously great care and responsibility taken in the home, which should motivate the guest to show the same respect. And the location is wonderful, just a few houses from the ocean on a dead-end street. The views of the water from the main level are great. And you can open the windows and hear the ocean. You're also within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The only bit of feedback I would give is that there were a few things that took us a bit of trial and error to figure out. It's a smart home and we're not that smart so the heater and TV took a bit of trying but the property management company was great and very responsive. It might just take being more detailed in the house instructions, for us dummies. Overall, it was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Home!

We loved this home. The style is modern simplicity with a Scandinavian vibe, so hard to find in a beach house. The home was spotless. The kitchen, great room and fireplace are light filled and gorgeous. The decks off each room are such a great feature. Perfect beach access at the end of the street. We cannot wait to come back.
