"Beautiful property, very clean and has all the amenities. Manager was excellent with communication and provided everything needed for a fun and comfortable stay. The area is just stunning. So much wildlife right off the doorstep (eagle, deers, etc). The Nehalem state park dunes were like something out of a sci-fi, and the Neahkahnie Mountain is a sight for sore eyes. Would like to come back when it's warmer but the sun peeked out a few times and got in that hot tub as soon as it did and ::chefs...

"We had a family reunion of 13. The house was perfect for that! The deck was great for relaxing. Our struggles, however, began before entering. We weren't told about a keybox and where it was. We assumed the code was for the front door and it didn't work.The host said that it wasn't right and that she would get that resolved right away. I didn't hear back from her. Upon entering, there was a strong dirty or old house smell. We kept the windows open and that seemed to clear the air. All seemed...

"We had a wonderful time walking on the beach and just spending time with family visiting family from the Portland area, driving up to estoria to see the Gooniesi's house. And the boardwalk in seaside, just generally digging in the sand on the beach, building the sandcastles with family. We were not able to make coffee due to the coffee pot being broken. But we may do with the teapot, no big deal. There there would have been a bit more hot water in the hot water tank. That would have been nice....
