Not as described. Renter beware.

Wasn’t able to reach the property manager until day 4. My granddaughter was stung by a Yellowjacket upon arriving. The nest was next to the stairs accessing the property. I made several calls trying to get help. Could only speak to Vacasa’s 24/7 helpline but they couldn’t help. Ran out of toilet paper-buy it yourself. I recommended they have instructions for the renters: location of bedding for the sleeper sofas, how to operate the portable dishwasher, garbage day so the can isn’t overflowing. So many things. The house needs a thorough cleaning, also. So many things. Did we have fun? Yes. The beds were comfortable.

I could write a book, the cliff notes however are: 1950's Sentimental Journey meets Yey! It's A Beach House, What's Your Problem? Well, if you don't mind window that break your fingers trying to open ans dont have screens, water nof quite hot enough for a shower, definitely not hot at all for a bath, with a very annoying hand held shower , or a stove that requires st least one of you to be a boomer do you can figure out the 1950's oven, and you better not be a full figured person or you won't fit between the oven and the frig... make sure you close the frig door tight as it tends to open like theres a hungry ghost sharing your rental. There are a million plates and bowls but only about 5 coffee cups, BYO. The metal chairs speak for themselves along with the leaky coffeemaker and I forgot: the only real shower head hits you in the chest if you're 5'5". Now for the better aspects: Less than 5 minutes to the beach... very steep for a fragile person. The decks are nice and the "oasis" is referring to being surrounded by trees which bring privacy and quiet. The upper floor bed is great, lower floor... mattresses soft. There are a lot of places to lay about, lots of towels, deck chairs, lamps, games. Overall it's a B-....or C. I don't think we'll go back but hey! It's a quirky, outdated, but mellow and clean beach house

Terrible check in, no functioning shower

Absolutely do not recommend. Upon check in, there was no key in the lockbox so we had to wait forever for a backup key. There are no functioning showers in the home so you have to take a tub bath. The third floor porch is inaccessible due to a faulty door. If you’re wondering why the downstairs bathroom isn’t shown in the pictures, it’s because the shower doesn’t work and the toilet is shoved in by the washer and dryer. Look elsewhere for a place to stay.

No way high ratings

This property isn't even close to a 9/10 as described. Keys weren't in the lock box, musty smell upon entry, oven won't even fit a pizza, only one cook top burner works, cabinets and fridge dirty, poor lighting with cob webs in the fixtures, no shower in upstairs bathroom, tub drips constantly, downstairs shower is for people 4'6" or below, upstairs bed has squeaky springs, upstairs slider is broken and the list goes on and on. Obviously could tell the place was a bit dated which isn't a problem if things actually work.

very spacious

Needed bedding for sofa sleepers. found it in armoire but it was damp. Had to dry it.Scratchy paper-like sheets in upstairs bedroom. Changed them. Dishwasher a bit complicated to use. Loved the house, large dining table to seat all 9 of us! Plenty of room, everything we needed, and a beautiful area! It was a great place to stay.

Quiet beach house

Comfortably accommodated our family group of 5 adults and 5 kids. Clean on arrival and appreciated early checkin. Kitchen well stocked. Appliances are dated and the dishwasher is portable. Good house for a large family group.
