Hani was very helpful with our booking and stay at Wapato Point. The house was fully stocked with everything you would need other than food items. The view was wonderful Close to pool. Loved it!

Awnings and a View

You walk into the house and are greeted with a large great room. Our group spent a good amount of time together in the great room. The bedrooms are laid out nicely. The master has the on-suite with a huge, jetted tub. The kitchen is well equipped. The property has a beautiful deck with great seating area and dining area.

Beautiful location and view!

10 of us, 6 adults and 6 5 kids five and under, enjoyed a wonderful family vacation here! Would definitely come back. Great communication with the owner and very minor issues addressed. You do need to bring a pack and play if you need one. Would also suggest bringing beach towels (if you like big ones) and beach chairs. The view is spectacular!

This is our 2nd year at this property and again we had a great experience.

Location is excellent, amenities are great and the house was perfect for our group. We had a great time! The interior of the house is beginning to show wear and tear. For example blinds are in disrepair and one is missing. A chair in the living room is in disrepair and walls and doors need fresh paint. The kitchen could use a deep clean on exterior and interior cabinets and the garbage disposal was leaking. Carpets and rugs are overdue for a deep clean. While these things did not prevent us from having great vacation, our expectation, when paying these fees are that we should have a clean and well functioning home. Thank you! 😊

Wapato Point Wonder

The home was great - well equipped, clean, a spacious deck with a super view of Lake Chelan. Owners were great to deal with. Great location away from the bustle of downtown Chelan, yet close enough when you want to go there. Walking distance to Wapato Point beaches, mini-golf and water sports rental shack. Perfect for families. Would highly recommend.

Great property and view of the lake. Plenty of room for 10 + people. (We had 10 adults and more than enough room). Wonderful deck for starry nights and moon gazing - great for barbeque and outdoor dining. Recommended.

Excellent location at Wapato

Perfect location. Home was very clean. Check in was easy. Communication with owner was excellent. Can't go wrong when you stay here. The entire family had a wonderful 4 day vacation, enjoying the lake and all the amenities of Wapato. Can't wait to come back!

Has everything you need!

This is our third year staying at the Wick's vacation home and we are already looking to book again for next year! First of all, the Wicks are so kind, accommodating and very quick to respond. As for the house, we absolutely love the layout and bright and sunny feel. We are a family of 5 and we all have plenty of space and even set up a private quiet office area! We also like to have friends over for dinners and find the house is great for entertaining. The house is directly across from the pool and the road in front of the house is a loop which makes it perfect for my kids to ride their bikes! What makes this house unique from others is the quality of everything in the house, from the kitchen equipment to the cozy sheets and towels. The carpet you could sleep on! Everything in the house is very high quality!

Great Home & Location for our Family

The Wick Home was perfect for our family & a nice surprise that the home was a rambler! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, glasses & spices (and more). Easy kitchen to work in and serve the three grandchildren at the same time. The home is well -maintained with plenty of towels, sheets, beach towels, bikes & a wagon. Location was super for our family of three littles - who ran in the large grassy area across the street, plus just a short walk to the pool. Owners are very easy to work with & a big shout out to Dan - thank you! Our two and a half year old grandson - decided to hide his baseball mitts - thanks to Dan - for mailing them back to us. We recommend this home & hope to visit again in the near future.

Wonderful Wapato Point Home

This is the second year we have rented the Wick home at Wapato Point. It has a beautiful view of Lake Chelan and the mountains and is just across the street from the outdoor swimming pool and grassy play area. We spend most of the day at the beach area which is just a short walk from the house. The house is beautifully appointed with a large open living room/dining/kitchen yet the four bedrooms are all private and quiet. The home had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation. We've vacationed at Wapato Point for over 30 years and this is our favorite home to rent for our family which now includes grandchildren. Kristina did a great job with all the reservation details too.

We got together as a family with our three children, their spouses and grandchildren for a total of 11 people. The overall impression from all of us is that the house is very accurately represented and in fact is much better than expected. The room distribution was great for our 4 family units with good independence for each and a great central area for cooking, dinners and socializing. The deck is great very spacious and the view is wonderful. And the community pool just in front of the house was very handy. The house was spotless and hat some nice extra and expecyed surprises such as a handy folding cart to take beach toys, towels etc. Several bycicles and well stocked with paper gods etc. There are enough dishes and silverware "for an army"😊 When we got there we were welcomed by the Rebecca, the caretaker who gave us a full tour of the house and made herself available for any questions that might arise. The owners also checked on us a couple of times to make sure that everything was OK. I will certainly recommend this property to friends and we also plan on returning for future family vacations at Wapato Point. At Wapato Point, we enjoyed the beach which is a great family oriented space and great for sunbathing; the pool, biking, walking, boating, tubing, hanging out on the deck, BBQing family games, at the table, dancing and much more. We also visited several very nice wineries and restaurants as well. And the best part was that although the house has a great flat-screen TV in every room and in the main living room, we never turned it on. I recommend it!

The Wick House is our favorite place to stay

Over our 30+ years of visiting the Lake Chelan area by far the best place to stay has been the Wick House on Wapato Point. It meets the needs of our extended family - from kindergarteners to grandparents. The house is clean, well maintained, has a great view, is close to the pool and beach. Its a short drive to a boat launch. Wineries are just up the hillside. The owners are quickly responsive to guests' needs; have become like friends to our family.

Great house!!

This was our third time to Wapato and our first visit to this house. It was very comfortable, with beautiful views. We had two families, 4 adults and 5 kids. The location in Wapato was perfect. Across from the pool, a short walk to the beach. The owners were great and easy to work with . We would definitely stay here again!

This is our 3rd year renting a place in the Lake Chelan area and the Wick House is our favorite,

The Wick House was a perfect fit for our family of 6 adults and 3 granddaughters ages 1, 6 and 8. The home has plenty of space inside and out. The location of the house with pool right across the street and an area for the kids to play, skate and ride their bikes was great and plenty of walking trails.Wapato Point Beach and all the activities is just a short walk away. The owners are easy to work with and were available for any issues we had during our stay. We would rent this home again and recommend it to our friends. Jean

Another great week at the Wick House on Lake Chelan!!

Our 2nd year staying at the Wick House on Wapato Point and we enjoyed it all over again. The house has such a well arranged floor plan to accommodate meeting in the middle for family time and, but still being able to retreat for calm time. Very warm weather this year so we really appreciated the pool right across the street. Hope to be there next year.

Great Week On The Lake

Spent a week at this beautiful lakefront home and enjoyed every minute of it. The home has a magnificent view from the large deck and is just across the street from the pool. The low traffic circle allowed the younger ones to ride the supplied bikes without much worry. The house has all you need to make yourself at home. Nice size rambler with the bedrooms removed from the main living area. Cant wait to stay there again.

What is good about the Wick House?

Everything!! Our whole family loved the floor plan that provided privacy also the furnishings were very comfortable. The location across the street from the pool was perfect for our water crazy grandkids. It is a well stocked house with modern appliances. The view from the deck is so good we sat out there all the time and that is where we ate most of our meals. Highly recommend

Great Family Place in Manson

This is our family's third time to stay at this house. It suits us all - grandparents, sons & daughters, grandkids - so well. A great location across from the pool, a big deck with views over the lake, lots of space. The house is well kept and arrangements with the owners are prompt and easy to make.

The view from the house is fantastic. We have stayed in this house several times. The house is beautifully decorated and always spotless. The kitchen is lovely and has everything you need. Located across the street from the pool and an open field where the family can play ball. The beach and other waterfront amenities are a very short walk. The owner is a lovely person.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We have stayed in this house many times. It is a great vacation home for families with children of any age. The house is always spotless. The layout is perfect with the great room and kitchen in the center of the home and bedroom hallways on both sides. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a large laundry room. The location is superb with the pool just across the street as well as a large field for baseball games and other activities. The beach and other waterfront amenities are a very short walk. The view from the house is lovely.

Great House!

The house was a very good choice for extended families. Perfect location across the street from the pool. The kitchen was very well appointed with many utensils and pots and pans and there was a nice supply of games to play. Someone was always available to answer any questions or concerns. All in all the house worked very well for our family and I would highly recommend staying there.
