The view and location were great but ultimately we were disappointed in this property and felt it's not worth the high price. When first entering we immediately noticed the place had not been properly cleaned. We were greeted with dirty, stained old pieces of carpet being used in place of floor mats, the floor was dirty and had to be swept, the rugs were dirty as well and had someone's long black hairs stuck throughout, there were ants in the kitchen, the high touch areas like the the doors and railings were discolored and sticky from all the previous guest's usage, the white bathroom towels had stains on them etc etc. Aside from the lack of cleanliness, this place has been used and abused and is in need of some love and renovation. The furniture is tired, the main bathroom door doesn't shut properly, the adornments on the outside railing were falling off, the vinyl flooring surface on the basement stairs is peeling off and creates a tripping hazard, the ice machine doesn't work, the TV remote only works sporadically, the toilet paper and paper towels are of the lowest quality, and unfortunately I could go on. To summarize, we were very disappointed in this property and felt the photos give a false sense of quality and cleanliness. Our recommendation would be to save your money and find a place the owners actually care about.

This is a wonderful place to stay with family. The house served us very well and we made lots of memories to look back to and hope to come bac. The location is absolutely beautiful and the whole area is gorgeous.

This property technically is off the water but as there is no home directly in front it's almost like a water view. Plenty of parking and great set up for multiple families and kids

The home was infested with gnats. I have several photos and videos. I have reached out at least 10 times to try and resolve without writing a review and have not heard back. We booked this house to get ready for our wedding in and it was absolutely disgusting we had to change locations. We rented other homes in the neighborhood including the one non dr door and did not have this issue. Super disappointed and am hoping a manager calls me to provide a credit or discount

Beautiful house with perfect location and almost private beach. Management company is not responsive. Grill was dirty, propane tank missing, garbage cans full of trash. Reported all after check in and every day after that but and nobody showed up

This was a fabulous house that worked really well for our two families. The upstairs bedrooms are almost exactly the same, so it was great for the parents to stay upstairs, and the kids liked the bunk room on the lower level. The view is amazing and the location is really nice. The house was clean and really nicely furnished and decorated. Thanks for a great stay!

Location of this house is awesome. The resort it’s on is so great for kids. We have a few issues with the house itself. Shower towels were still damp when we showered the first morning. All 3 propane tanks were empty which was a bummer cause we were trying to grill the first night. (They did bring us a full one the following day) and the trash bins were really full. We felt bad having to cram all of our trash and not even be able to shut the lid. Also the fridge was set so cold it was literally freezing the food we had inside, including all our produce which wasn’t good after it froze and rethawed. Overall our stay was fine, just a few mishaps regarding the house.

This is a great place to have a family vacation and enjoy the lake! Lots of outdoor activities for all. We celebrated my son’s birthday here and rented a boat for the day, we all had a blast!

Three bedrooms with queen beds, large playroom in basement has 4 bunk beds (8 beds) and a futon sleeper. Bedroom beds were comfortable (did not use bunks or futon). Hot tub was clean and working. Kitchen had all cooking items needed. Complimentary detergent for laundry was a nice touch. Beach towels, bikes (a few), SUP, tennis rackets, beach toys available. You need to register with Resort office upon arrival. Bikes, water craft and other sports equipment available for rent through office at beach. Enjoyed quail in the yard every night. There is some construction going on at end of street but it was not an issue.

View and location, 10/10 House size for family of 5 plus daiky visitors, 10/10 Check-in, check-out process, 10/10 House cleanliness, 4/10 Cobwebs throughout, ants, a few dirty dishes, blankets thrown in closets (unfolded), outside garbage cans full from previous renters. Website description, 6/10 Propane fire pit was broken, the TV downstairs was missing, hot tub was dirty, front stairs and deck walkway rotting. We booked this many months ago and we're very excited to stay in one of the big houses on the point over the 4th of July. While disappointed with the house itself, it did not ruin our vacation but we won't be staying here again. Property management was quick to reply to my texts, but noone showed up to take care of the issues. They did refund me a small amount to make up for the issues we had. With some house maintenance TLC and maybe a different house cleaning service, this house would be worth the cost, but I would recommend looking at other homes on the point to rent.

Nice experience. The house was exactly like the pictures and fit for our girls getaway. Great location to the wineries and a fabulous view of the lake. We really enjoyed watching the eagle every morning hanging out in the tree. Hot tub was great as well.

We stayed over memorial day weekend and could not have asked for a better place for our family of 6 adults and 6 kids. Had a kayak, paddle board and bikes available for us. Made extra fun for all.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It’s location is perfect, scenic and quiet. The property manager did not respond to our queries before we travelled to the location; was the only bummer. Property is clean. Couple of bikes at the property were puncture, so we couldn’t enjoy a family bike ride. Basement gets too cold for kids,.

With kids coupled up at home doing online high school and college - we decided to change up the scenery. They WiFi was great for 7 of us to be online. House is great - very spacious and nicely decorated. Beds comfy. Beautiful view! Will stay again!

My husband and I were seeking to rent a property as close to the water as possible, and this home did not disappoint. We were very close to the small beach in front of the home, and enjoyed many walks around the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The location was very nice and the home was comfortable. My complaint regarding this booking was the cleanliness of the home when we arrived. We paid a good deal to rent this home and expected a very clean home, especially given the pandemic. We were surprised and disappointed to find the cleaning was inadequate, with a banana peel left on the couch, vacuum left in the living room and a messy blanket on the couch. Overall, the home was lovely and location great.

This house is literally the most perfect spot you could ask for on Wapato. The house was nice and clean, our three teen girls each brought a friend and there was way more room than we needed. Loved sitting in the sun on the front deck, while drinking my morning coffee, and looking out on the water. We hope to book this house again soon! If you decide to sell it let me know!!!
