We had such an amazing time at this property. We will definitely be back. It’s extremely spacious and private. I don’t know how they did it, but somehow we felt very cozy in the extremely elegant property.

This house was the perfect fit for a weekend getaway from Seattle. The heated porch and hot tub were a nice way to warm up from the autumn weather and the size of the house was enough to fit our entire group with space to spread out. The town of Manson was a short drive away and had a bunch of fun fall activities in addition to the wineries. Several wineries are within walking distance/short drive from the house. We loved the privacy of the house and the kitchen and dining room was the perfect place to gather for home-cooked meals. Will definitely be renting again when we come in town! The owner was available and quick to respond when we needed anything during our stay and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth.

We booked this home for an extended family of 15. The house is beautiful and the view and grounds are very nice. When we arrived the AC wasn’t working in the main floor during 103 degree heat. The management company called 3 days later and the AC was fixed after 5 days. Most beds were very old and uncomfortable. The kids bunk room was wonderful however and has 8 beds. One of the King beds broke the first night and was fixed 3 days later. The pool was green and dirty when we arrived and 8 days later pool maintenance came out. They said they hadn’t been contacted to come for a few weeks. After this cleaning the pool was sparkling and fun to use. The kitchen is large and spacious and very well equipped. It was easy to make meals for our large group. And the eating area outside was comfortable and we loved the view with our meals. The inside dining chairs have screws that stick out and ripped pants, cut skin, and injured quite a few people as they walked by. A book on how the house works, with TV instructions, pool info, etc would be a very helpful tool. Overall, we enjoyed our time in the home after the major problems were fixed. A few of our group came early and were able to get the fixes started but it was an uncomfortable stay until they were done. I am hesitant to give this a strong recommendation because it is the most expensive place we’ve rented over 15 years of coming here and it has the most problems of any of them. If the beds were replaced and regular maintenance of the house and amenities were guaranteed, it would be worth it.

Beautiful large house with view of lake. The house is located up a long driveway, surrounded on two sides with a vineyard. Quite private and quite quiet. House was as described on the website. The availability of two washers and dryers (although one dryer was awaiting parts for repair due to COVID-19 limited availability) was great for such a large group. There were between 5 and 14 people on any given day. Two dishwashers were great also. The pool was moderate sized. We were disappointed the the jet fountain sprays, as pictured on the website, were not available for guests to use. The children were very disappointed with this. The table on the upper deck easily sat 12 people and adding a couple more chairs was completely doable. Every meal was eaten at this table as the weather was awesome. The lower patio area was mostly shaded and had a picnic table where drinks and snacks could be enjoyed. One recommendation we have is to add something to block the late afternoon sun on the west side of the upper deck, perhaps some sort of retractable shade. It made dinner time dining hard on the eyes as the sun streamed onto the deck and table from the west. The house is large enough that even with 14 people in it, it never felt crowded. The beds in the bunk room each had an individual reading light and an electrical outlet for charging devices. One recommendation for this room would be to provide something so clothing could be put away in drawers or cubbies or something. This children essentially lived out of their suitcases or piled their clothing on the floor. All in all, an absolute wonderful house for a large group of mixed ages. We all had a great time at the house and in the surrounding area with its abundance of wineries, lake side beaches, and things to do.

Our family 7 adults & 6 kids enjoyed the large beautiful house, very spacious. Great kitchen for cooking. The entire family loved the pool. Beautiful picturesque views from every room. Overall we enjoyed this house, however I feel like the house keepers cleaned the obvious things & neglected other items that @ this price point should have been addressed. These are things that could be improved: first, the site reflects pictures with the pool fountains spraying, didn’t find out fountains weren’t allowed until day of arrival. Also, when we were booking the site reflected 11:00 am checkout. Actual checkout was 10:00 am. Probably should update site To reflect accurate info. Second, venue states no parties of any kind allowed. Clearly prior renters threw a party & didn’t clean up. Upon arrival We found garbage, popped balloons, glowsticks, candy in the driveway & all around the perimeter of the house & pool. Large cheers balloon in the landscaping @ entrance to the house. Left over tape where balloons or streamers had been hung in the kitchen, dining & living area. Non working lights outside/downstairs. Downstairs tv & entertainment area lights non working. One of the upstairs outdoor heaters non-working. Hot tub worked which was great, but was murky water & dirty with bugs upon arrival. We found a mouse in the downstairs bar & in the middle bedroom downstairs. (I see why they emphasized taking your garbage as rodents must be an issue.) fly catchers in kitchen, dining & kids room. Worked, but looked gross. Hardware missing on draws, cabinets, vanities throughout the entire house. Toilet paper roll holder coming unhinged out of downstairs bathroom. Reading lights in kids room non-working & coming unhinged out of walls. Foosball table missing foosball & broken in parts. Unable to lock downstairs sliding glass door. Someone else’s dirty underwear in the pool house, not from any of our guests. (Gross) 3 broken pool chairs. Many pool floats that had holes & couldn’t be used. I realize you have this house rented frequently, but I think it’s worth it to have your staff toss broken items. Some of the pool lights burnt out. Downstairs back bedroom missing bed posts. (Found in closet) with all the broken, non-working items it made me wonder if last renters did a number on this place, or if the staff/maintenance just doesnt care to fix things? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I didn’t contact the property manager as these items should have been taken care of prior to our arrival.

Great house in a great location. Plenty of room for 3 family (6 adults / 6 kids) to spread out with plenty of room to spare. The house had all the amenities we needed and more. Close to downtown Manson and wineries. Can't wait to visit again.

Perfect situation for the Grandmas. All necessities living was on the main floor with no steps. Sent the kids upstairs to the bunks and the adults took the downstairs bedrooms. Worked out great!

We overall had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was a full house of 18 I think and we all were able to sleep comfortably- the kids bunk room is exactly what we needed and was amazing! The house is pretty well stocked and had no problems with it. Our only issue came when we checked in there was still trash in most of the garbage cans, an ashtray outside that had not been dumped and the hot tub and pool were both pretty dirty. I called the company to have them send someone to clean them almost as soon as we checked in (we really didn’t care much about the trash and stuff, we handled that. I did tell them though since the housekeepers should have caught it) but I was never contacted about setting up a time to clean the pool and hot tub. Luckily it appeared that the pool had been shocked chemically so it was clean by the next day so we didn’t bother calling back about it. However a few days later the pool got murky again (which is expected with that many people and sunscreen in there) and we had realized by that time that the hot tub actually didn’t work so I called again to get someone out. Again I never received a call back about it. So we were kind of bummed about not having a useable hot tub and just dealt with the pool being kind of dirty. Otherwise this was absolutely a wonderful house and we had a very relaxing stay!

Our friend family has visited different properties the past few years. This house was great for our group which has a bunch of kids. The kid bunk room was great. We all were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves a lot. Couple items to improve on - I think it would be real tough in the summer as there are no curtains or blinds on rooms. Kitchen could use some trivets for hot items.

This house exceeded our expectations, plenty of room for all of us, beautiful view, sweet location (near several wineries). The manager responded quickly on one small issue we encountered and was super nice and efficient. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a get away with friends and or family.

The house was fabulous, great space for our family get together both indoors and outside. The kids had a blast in the swimming pool and hot tub. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the views were gorgeous!
