We really enjoyed our stay at the Tiffany House. The location of this house is amazing, there are wineries close by and a great park with a big toy and swings (Singletary) if you have little ones. The view of the lake is beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bed in the master bedroom was, can't speak to the other rooms. I wish there was more/better closet/drawer space in the master but that isn't affecting my review.Would definitely recomend and stay there again.

Beds not as advertised

Overall this is a lovely house in a great location. A few things made our stay less than ideal. 1. Advertised to have 1 king bed and 2 queens. There was a king in the master bedroom, but the beds in the other bedrooms were definitely not queen sized. Maybe full sized, but definitely not big enough for 2 adults. One of beds was so loud. It would make a loud creaking sound every time there were any slight movements. After 2 sleepless nights, we left early. 2. The recliners on the couch in the living room don’t work. 3. The overall cleanliness left something to be desired. The microwave was dirty, countertops dirty, dishes in the dishwasher and lots of dust on the chandelier that hung over the dining area. There were lots of signs about not having trash in the home, but no extra garbage bags provided. There’s no way this house can sleep 8 adults. Maybe 2 adults and 6 small children.

Little Gem

Amazing views, incredibly spacious, easy to get to! This was a great little homebase for 6 of us doing a weekend wine tasting event in Chelan to celebrate my husbands birthday. The only compliant would be that a little more utensils in the kitchen would be nice, as well as having the dishwasher working.

Good location but the house wasn't the best

Rented this property for a 2N stay with my family. The location is good, close to Chelan and a good lake view. The house itself wasn't maintained as you'd come to expect from other rental properties (can't name it but you know what I'm talking about) you might have stayed at - some trash wasn't taken out after the previous guests checked out it seems, there was a coffee machine and filters but no coffee, the toiletries in the bathrooms were extremely basic - you'd get better ones at a cheap motel. All in all a mixed experience. Not worth the price.

Fantastic house that needs a deep cleaning

The house was fantastic. A huge plus with small children is there are no stairs. The floor plan is awesome - huge living room and kitchen which is great for a large group. The cleanliness was subpar. We had to do a lot of cleaning on arrival for it to be suitable for small children.

Great place, fantastic view

This property is a 20 minute drive from Chelan City in a very quiet neighborhood. I can suggest some very minor things but overall I was very pleased with the property. In the description, say that the king bed bedroom has an ensuite bath. Do any VRBO places put labels on cupboards, drawers, and light switches? The toilet paper holder was broken in the master bath. We were not allowed to use the dishwasher.

Nice open floor plan with a beautiful view

Overall it was a great home for our 3 couples. Nice simple open floor plan with plenty of space. One of the beds that has the tiny tv was not comfortable at all even for our 19 year olds. The couch does not recline on either end and that was my only one question before booking. I never heard back from the property owner on that so that’s pretty frustrating. Wish there was better communication.

Great Location

Property and location were great. The house is open for group entertaining and deck has good space with a great view of Lake Chelan. There were a few that need attention as we weren’t able to find any extra garbage bags and the tv in the master bedroom was it connected to allow for the internet (message indicated physical connection, not password issue). Also master bedroom has nowhere to hang clothes. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Clean but broken

The place was clean on arrival but many things were broken including dining chairs, ice maker machine, and after sleeping one night one of the bed frames broke with just a single 190 lb man sleeping on it and couldn’t use it anymore.

Manson Getaway

While we thought the house was beautiful, and the location was nice, some of the amenities such as WiFI were lacking and we can't see ourselves booking again if they were not fixed. We paid a premium price and would have expected a premium experience. (My father had to sleep on an air mattress...not a premium experience)

We absolutely loved the Tiffany Lake House. It had a gorgeous view, loved the deck and kitchen as well as the location to many wineries. Although the house is beautiful it wasn’t very clean upon our arrival. Floors were dusty, Cheerios and sippy cup found under the ottoman, indoor and outdoor rug was not vacuumed. There were no cleaning supplies for us to take care of it. The wine fridge needs to be defrosted. But there were plenty of wine glasses. 😊 We couldn’t get the outdoor heating to work and the TV in the living room was a challenge and the wi-fi was poor. The mater bed was amazing, so comfortable, and the garage is huge. Plenty of parking. Just a note, when we arrived the back door to the garage was unlocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come again. This is just to let the owners know about the cleaning issues.

Nice Spring Break at the Lake

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this home in Manson. Pros: The house was very roomy (family of five, three adults/two kids), very clean upon arrival, well appointed with comfortable beds, awesome rain shower in the main bathroom, coffee/wine bar, two TVs, washer/dryer, large covered deck, plenty of kitchen essentials, lots of windows, and an amazing view of the lake. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and within walking distance to a handful of wineries (highly recommend Amos Rome and Chelan Ridge Winery). We explored a few nearby parks (Willow Point Park in Manson, Riverwalk Park and Don Morse Park in Chelan) and appreciated the convenience of restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores (Safeway and Walmart). Cons: I have used Vrbo and Vacasa in the past, and had positive experiences overall. But I would have liked better and more personal communications upfront from Vacasa. I asked several questions via the Vrbo app and never got a response. Some of my questions were eventually addressed by the instructions I received literally the day before we arrived. We experienced very slow wifi/internet connection, especially during the evening hours. We would have liked more kitchen towels and dishwashing soap, especially since we were not allowed to use the dishwasher. The paper products could use an upgrade, and add tissues too. Check out time at 10am was a bit early but manageable. All in all, a positive experience and nice stay. Thank you!

Nice rental with stunning view for a reasonable price

Pros: Great location overlooking orchard, lake and hills. Lots of privacy. House is rather new, roomie, great cover deck with lots of outdoor and living room seating. I have two little dogs that had nice & safe tier grassy area behind the garage to take care of doggie business. Lots of local wineries near by, about 2 miles from a grocery store. Cons: Very slow internet speed (had to go to bar to watch football game); wine frig ice build up; 4 wine glasses, 3 coffee cups and 4 indoor dining chairs for 6 adults!! Need to stock up on drinking wear and dishes for more than 6 adults incase for breakage. Two broken dinning chairs along the kitchen wall and more in the garage. Loose one star for the consistent lack of glass wear and dining chairs but it is an easy fix for the owners and hoping for a nice improvement for the next renters.

This was a beautiful home with an amazing view of the lake. The house was very poorly cleaned.

The house was lacking cooking ware. There were multiple broken items including a chair, toilet paper roll and a leg on a lounge chair. The house seemed very unclean with stained dinning room chairs along with crumbs on the chairs and dust on the hardwood floors.

Disappointing

Overall the property was wonderful, however the listing says accommodates 8, there are only 4 chairs in the house, there were five dinner plates three forks etc. the dishwasher is broken, the reclining chair is broken, the hinge between the garage and the laundry room was missing screws, the screen doors on the glass doors do not function properly, the home advertises internet and cable tv could never get the cable to work and the internet buffered constantly. The service of Vacasa is terrible, over the weekend I wanted to contact Vacasa to discuss issues and the recording informed me the wait would be 2 hours, my suggestion VRBO should demand the president of Vacasa be fired and find someone who can manage a business like this be hired. Also there was one kitchen sink wash cloth and one drying towel I think you get the point, the house is a beautful new home Vacasa is just not doing their job to support this property
