Wonderful home in Manson!

close to boat rentals, everything you need in kitchen available, and a fabulous deck to relax on, or jump off of into the lake!!! upstairs bedroom ceilings quirky but still a great sleep. Fantastic vacation getaway!

Mother's day weekend

As always this place never disappoints. The home is beautiful and has everything you need. The lake view is breath taking. Fishing is great right off the dock. This is always our go to when we stay in manson.

We came back for another wonderful stay at Clearwater! We love the location, clear water, and access to the boat buoy. The house has everything you need. The neighbors are friendly. We didn’t want to leave!

Chelan hide-a-away

Property was great! Only thing I would let people know is the drive down to the house can be a little harry if you have a large boat due to tight switchbacks and railings on the deck are not kid friendly so be careful. Everything else was awesome! Beautiful view and very peaceful!

Perfect stay for early October fishing trip in Manson

I really liked staying in this house. There is so much awesome outdoor space. The neighbors are very nice. The rooms are comfy. The furnishings are not new, but they are adequate. Things to note: Only add as much water to the coffee maker as you want for the brew. Leave a light on if you're coming back at night - the porch area is very dark.

Great location, old lake cabin feel

This is a lovely family cabin right on the water. Perfect for a relaxing lake vacation with family and friends. Great for constant swimming and pulling right up to the dock with a boat. However, the cleanliness of the property is a little lacking. There are old spider webs inside and out, the shower drains kind of slowly, and there are dust bunnies in the corners. I understand it's an old family cabin that is being rented out on the side, but for the price I would expect a more professional cleaning process.Overall, it's a wonderful location. Beautiful views from the deck, and right on the water so perfect for a summer lake vacation. The property just needs some extra attention to be worth the price. The WiFi struggled to handle streaming Mariners games, and the cleanliness level left a little to be desired. We're not sure if we'll return for our next Chelan vacation or if we'll be looking at other properties. Overall 4/5

Overall a fantastic place to stay, with a little booking weirdness

We absolutely loved the house, it was well maintained and cozy. The view was fabulous. The only negative thing was that they hid some booking stuff. If you book thru vrbo your booking IS NOT done. You gotta call the owning/managing company and provide a whole lot of sensitive identity info to confirm your booking. I absolutely did not appreciate the fact that this was not mentioned anywhere on vrbo. They wouldn’t even refund if I decline to give my sensitive information, so you’re stuck with giving your information or lose your money. Not cool.

Apple blossom weekend

This place was perfect, from the neighborhood, the neighbors ,the view and home itself. The town of Manson is a wonderful place to be. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Will definitely put this in my favorites

Perfectly beautiful setting and gorgeous view

The house was very clean and accommodating. Fresh linens, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The view from the deck is beautiful, relaxing and serene. Plenty of seating on the deck for many people. There were a few drawbacks; washer and dryer are in a padlocked closet, no access. There is a beautiful fireplace as pictured in the listing, but you're not allowed to use it. Nice dock that you're not allowed to tie a boat to. Also, the coffee maker really needs to be replaced. It's old, cheap, and it overflowed on us twice. Even given the things, we had a wonderful time and were very comfortable.

Great spot on the water

This home was perfect for our long, relaxing weekend in Manson. The location was great, right on the water and super private. The house came stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Lakeside Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this week. The location is nice and quiet. The deck and dock area spacious with a great view. The house if far enough up the lake to escape the crowds but close enough to town for amenities. We recommend parking your boat and trailer at the Manson boat launch. It is a little tricky driving it into Helios Hills.

Lake Chelan and Manson Retreat

This wonderful lakeside rental was exactly what we needed for a week outside the city to enjoy the Chelan area. This home is situated in a very nice, safe neighborhood with friendly people. The view is expansive and gorgeous on the upper deck and the water is easily accessible on the brand new lower dock area with stairs into the lake. The house itself is very clean and spacious. There are many comfortable beds with nice linens and there is a well-stocked kitchen perfect for cooking big family meals. I loved cooking on the beautiful grill on the deck next to our dining area while sipping local wine from the many tasting rooms in the area while enjoying the view. The agent was immediately available for our few questions. We highly recommend this rental for anyone that would like the best of Lake Chelan. We hope to return again.

Lovely quiet getaway

This was our third time renting this house in 4 years. We’ve loved it every time - it’s not perfect but the benefits outweigh any negatives. We were happy to see there is now air conditioning units in the bedrooms and WiFi. It’s clean and well stocked. It would be nice if they left the washer/dryer unlocked (so many dirty towels with so many jumps into the lake!) The main reason I’m not giving 5 stars is it previously was dog friendly and they changed the listed and we missed having our pup with us (I assume someone brought a dog and didn’t clean up after it and ruined it for us all).

Weekend girls trip

I celebrated my bachelorette party here and had a great time. Communication with the property leading up to our stay was difficult and I was not able to successfully get in touch with anyone. However, the stay was everything we could have wished for. The property is beautiful and the house was clean. It was overall a wonderful stay!

Perfect hangout for a relaxing trip with dogs

The yard in this place was absolutely perfect for dogs, fully fenced in, with plenty to sniff and the dogs loved it. The property is beautiful is stocked with everything you could want for a relaxing weekend (games, puzzles, books, DVDs and lots of equipment in the kitchen). Only feedback is that it would be great if they updated the furniture (serious 80's vibes) and the mattresses weren't very comfy. Other than that, it was perfect!

Great property great neighbors! Needs AC and a buoy for boat also good directions needed for first time renters. I loved it the kids loved it but my wife was too hot. Loved that the man who built the home was from our hometown of Normandy Park. I would book it now with those changes. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. It is truly a magical place!!!

Not Kid Friendly - Poor Neighbors.

Place had not been cleaned, dog poop on second floor, sheets in piles on floor. Deck is dangerous for kids and dogs - we put up temporary plastic construction fencing to avoid falls from deck. Neighbors are a pain, challenge use of community dock and called property manager about too much wake from our boat one time. Dock is not good in a wind - skylight leaked in rain - screen door detached. We won’t be back

Beautiful Location

Other than some plumbing issues on day 2 of our stay... which was addressed and resolved within a few hours, our stay was wonderful. Absolutely beautiful location that worked out great for our family. Accessing the house while pulling a boat is nearly impossible as there are a couple of really narrow and tight turns. All in all a great place and great trip.
