"I arrived around 8:45am. I asked if it was possible to check in early. The front desk person said nicely, I’m sorry unfortunately we’re all booked and our rooms still needed to be cleaned. She asked if I could come back around 2pm and she’ll have the first room ready for me. I replied oh no worries, thank you. I returned around 1:45pm and my room was ready for me. I was checked in and I headed to my room. I open the door and was blown away!!! The pictures on the site didn’t do it justice....

"I was expecting a waterfront property based on the Expedia listing picture. It wasn’t, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture would’ve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor. Worth the money and very am satisfied. "

"The stay was very much enjoyable!! Loved the personal apartment feel. I actually enjoyed not having front desk concierge not watching me come and go. My only dislike was the mode of communication. Didn’t know to look in the Hotels.com messaging app for check in/out instructions. I was told I’d receive an email, but the messaging center was the email mentioned. Just a bit of confusion, but not enough to detour me from coming back to GoodSeed. I will definitely return!!"

"First time in philadelphia. This was a very cute nice room to come back too after a long hot day. Just be mindful of the humidity here its a killer in the summer. The room had everything we needed and had a surprisingly comfy bed. Firm but soft. Everyone in the hotel was very mindful and quite during late and early hours of the day.
