Everything was dirty the shower had hair all over it and it’s Keys to get in the rooms THEY HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF MY ROOM I BOOKED MULTIPLE TIMES and after I text and call there is no response it smell in the basement and you have to pay 200 before you can get the code sent you NO they will not give it back they tell you they will but I have yet to get anything and no air pushes out of those air conditioners it be hot asl

UnaOf the worst experiences, they don't comply with what they say, very bad service, they ask to send money by cash app for security deposit but everything is bad, the air doesn't work, dirty sheets, smells bad, mosquitoes

Let me start with the cons and end on a good note: Parking is on the street and at a premium. We had to circle the clock a few times. The outside looks sketchy. But the neighbors were friendly. Bring your own paper towels to use in the kitchens no hand towels. We couldn’t get the TV to pick up any stations. Now, that room was so clean you could eat off the floor! The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well. Our host was kind.

Smoke detector was hanging from ceiling and wires was in view. No windows. Smoke detector was chirping. Could not lock door to leave.

Enjoyed my stay here. The room had everything I needed. It was very clean and taken care of in my room and the interior areas. It looked just as it was advertised.

Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone waste their time and money….

I never got a chance to stay in the room when I first arrived The door was opened I walked in the room OMG the room was nasty no clean sheets tobacco paper was on the window the floors were dirty the bathroom was filthy. So I left the property and tried to call the property manager they never responded but I have pictures if you need them I need all of my money back I didn't stay there

Apartment was very dirty. When we came in the bed has pubic hair or sometype of short black curly hair all over the sheets with stained pillows. One of the windows was broken and the both the bathroom and kitchen were obviously not clean beforehand. The owner was very nice but the online posting are not at all showing the actual conditions of the apartment and surronding areas.

This place was very clean, everything mentioned in the description was provided, in addition to brand new kitchen supplies and equipment. The apartment is only 10 minutes away from downtown and all of the Tourist attractions. The host was outstanding and was responding promptly to every request. I would definitely stay here again and would strongly recommend this place.

Staff didn't send check in instructions when they were supposed too. So i spent over an hour on the porch (in not the best neighborhood) with all my belongings mid winter trying to contact them through text, email, and phone call. It wasnt until I got hotel.com involved for a potential refund/cancelation they cared to answer. Also dont expect your deposit back. I sent photos of any damage there was when i checked in, cleaned when i left etc. And again gor ignored when asking about it. Would not recommend

It was alright, is a rebuild departments, i had a great stay i just get here for a couple days most of my time i spent it in downtown area is not far from downtown you can move in local transportation but i choose uber for safety. I think the neighborhood is not safe at all but it work if your plan's are outside most of the time and you just come for rest.

Me and my husband stayed here during homecoming week for Temple University. The property exceeded our expectations. It was clean and very cute. It did the job. We didn't have any trouble with parking. The property was very close to downtown which was great. I read reviews that state the property isn't in a safe area. I am from baltimore so I can't speak on that. It was safe to me. The room was fully equipped with everything you need to relax or cook if you wanted to.

The kitchen was less equipped. There was no kitchen towel roll, dishwasher liquid and scrubber. There were not enough spoons
