"A lovely property in a very quiet location. We stayed here last year too and since then, plantation shutters have been added to all rooms. The master suite is huge and has a lovely bathroom. The room with the fireplace is very cosy and we used it a lot as it was very cold and raining during our stay. In warm weather there is a lovely verandah in the gardens. "Good location on the high street / highway, but quiet overnight and during the day, despite this. Close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes. Somewhat dated bathroom, but it and the furniture were still in very good condition. Bathroom and room were clean. Friendly reception staff. Complimentary fresh milk available for tea and coffee. Air Conditioning / Heating worked well in winter. Would stay again."

"I’m not sure how they manage a 9.5 out of 10. Noise from the highway and the air conditioning capacitor going on and off all night was not fun. But the black mould all over the ceiling in the bathroom was very off putting. Especially in a steam area I would feel very sorry for anyone with breathing problems. And whoever I gave my key to when I left was quite off handed. "
