"The apartment was large and clean with good amenities. The only downside was very poor quality mattress (you could hear and feel the springs) and a rather small shower with a curtain that was too long and would frequently block the plug hole. As a minor point the apartments was lacking some basic 'comfort' touches like more cushions and lamps (as only had main bulbs in room so was either full light or no light). "From the minute we booked every thing went well any quires we had Dale the host responded very quickly. What you see on the can is what you get. Excellent balcony with adequate furniture, the rooms where a great size. sometimes you find the beds at some place not to comfortable but not here they where very comfortable, poll was great if i had any complaint it would be not there long enough. "We had a great stay at this apartment, loved the pool area and the apartment has its own sunny patio that get the sun from early till about 3pm with two sun beds. The location is perfect for exploring and not far from restaurants, beach and taverns. Communication with Russell was first class, he gave us an extra day as our flight wasn’t until late at night at no extra cost and also organised with a local taxi firm to collect us on arrival and take us to the apartment. "The apartment was perfect for us as a couple. It’s well laid out with superb views. The sun hits the balcony decking around midday and is there until its sets. The apartment itself has all the facilities you would ever need. "Spacious well kitted out apartment Comfortable beds, aircon throughout with ample seating. There is a TV in the main lounge. "Great stay but swimming pool was out of operation due to faulty pump maintenance came a few times to fix, on our last day fixed and cleaned pool but told us not to use until next day as needed to check the water the next morning!! Apartment lovely and had everything you need only gripe could not open bedroom or bathroom window as trees sweeping across them and did not want any insects coming in. Loved the area less than 5 minutes walk to tramps bar and restaurant and bus station just past that...

"Sincerly, it was for me and my family the worst experience in our entire life. Firstly, King Evelton is far away to be a 5 stars hotel, the hotel needs an immediate down grade to maximum 3 stars. Personal has no politeness, no sense of customer care, service is unbelievably horrible, as for example this case among so many that happened, we ask two times for the TV to be check and none shown up to fix it during the whole stay. The hotel is dirty, completely dilapidated, fresh towels provided are dirty, the list is too long... Regarding the food, disappointed again. No fresh juice as well. So disappointed, promoting such hotel as a 5 stars is in my opinion a misleading advertising which lead the customers to book the worst hotel I've ever went to, this is unacceptable. To be honest, I usually do not comment about the hotels but this time I had to, I highly do not recommend King Evelton, avoid it to all cost. I hope this will help others in the future. This Hotel is a joke!"
