Está ubicado cerca del centro (10min) en una zona un poco más tranquila. El hotel cumple con lo que ofrece, está limpio y las camas son muy cómodas.

La habitación era pequeña pero suficiente para unos días. Es fácil.llegar a pie desde la estación picadilly. También tiene mucha seguridad, después de cierta hora el acceso solo es.posible con la tarjeta

Las instalaciones están muy bien y el trato del personal es muy bueno! El hotel está a 20 min andando al centro o hay un tranvía en la puerta. Lo peor... las camas!!! El colchón es tan fino que duermes sobre el somier. A mí personalmente no me gusta que esté dentro de la habitación la ducha y el lavabo. Dejamos las toallas a un lado para que no se la llevasen, pero da igual las cambian... la política de ser ecológico no la mantienen mucho.

No volovería ni aunque me lo regalasen
Recepción , no digo pésima porque por la noche había dos españoles que nos atendieron correctamente, el resto FATAL. No funcionaba el ascensor, la habitación era pequeña, no hacían las camas, la única limpieza era que vaciaban la papelera. No había secador ni gel ni champú, si no lo llevas tú te lo venden en recepción a 1 libra un botecito para un sólo uso. No cerraba bien la puerta de la habitación. Lo único que había para comer eran sándwiches en una cámara en recepción Teníamos que irnos a desayunar fuera porque en el hotel sólo vimos una cafetera y nada más. Muchísimo ruido por los pasillos. Olía muy mal en el pasillo de acceso a las habitaciones. No hay transporte público para llegar a él, desde la estación de picadilly hay aproximadamente 1 km que debes hacer andando o en taxi. Sòlo hay un enchufe europeo de 230 el resto eran de 3 clavijas planas y otro europeo pero de 115 por lo que no nos servía. El colchón de la cama pequeña era una colchoneta, el de la cama grande muy incómodo, las almohadas pésimas.

Friendly staff. Comfty rooms. You could also get around many places. Picadilly station or the city centre. Your pick! Also if you're a City fan, it's only a walk down the road to the Etihad! 😎

Staff were very courteous and efficient. Room is spartan, but clean. Breakfast was good. Location is fine during the day, close to tram stop. Overall, a good budget stay.

Staff were friendly at both check in and check out. It was good to be able to request a kettle for your room, using a refundable deposit. Room was very clean. Bed, very comfortable and it was very quiet on both nights of my stay. Shower was clean and I could have the water as hot or cold as I liked. TV in room worked perfectly with all channels tuned in. Overall, had a great stay. Would definitely book again.

Smallest room I have ever stayed. Not enough room for 2 people to move around in. It is a budget hotel but not worth the money paid. no issues with staff or cleanliness

Stay here for a Man City game. Very close to the stadium, also to the North quarter and the train station. Walked everywhere, did not need a taxi whatsoever. Did not have breakfast at hotel, but there are many good places walkable for breakfast

The room service did not change the bed sheets or pillow cases, not hoovered or cleaned the floor, for 5 night stay only came twice to do basic remove the bin and only fix the bedding - would definitely not go there again

Dejlig tæt på Tram-station. God morgenmadsbuffet. Pænt og rent. Hjælpsomt personale. Den ene elevator var ude af drift alle dage, hvilket gav problemer når gæster skulle checke ud eller ud og se Manchester - samtidig med at rengørings personalet optog elevatoren for at transportere deres vogne fra etage til etage. Men alt i alt et tilfredsstillende ophold og jeg kommer gerne igen.

Attention to cleaning detail would have meant the long hair I found on pillow and bed would have been picked up, but otherwise clean enough Could really do with having USB sockets in the room, maybe even wireless charging points too Overall, fair price for 1 night, quiet, warm, I would stay again

All the staff we saw were courteous and helpful The room was basic but clean The bed was hard and only one thin pillow The room was nice and warm and you could adjust the temp The shower in our twin room was in a shower cubicle next to one of the beds. No privacy when showering and walking out of the shower naked straight into the room! No hand towels No kettle to make a hot drink Drinks to buy in the main lobby served in a tiny paper cup. No alternative milk or decaf tea! We will not return
