The property is secluded and wooded. I enjoy being away from the hustle and bustle and this property fit the bill. It's a cozy cabin with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the tranquil beauty of Mancelona. Plenty of space to park my bass boat. There are numerous lakes to enjoy when staying at this location. The property manager is very responsive. Thank you so much for the opportunity to enjoy your wonderful cabin.

The Sunset cabin at Maple ridge was big enough for our family (6 adults and 4 children). Property description was accurate and kitchen had everything we needed. Games downstairs had ping pong table and foosball table for the kiddos to enjoy. While the weather didn’t cooperate for snowmobiling we enjoyed skiing at Shanty Creek which was only 15 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was the perfect size for our group of 8. It was very clean and we were pleased that the kitchen table was large enough to accommodate all of us. We also appreciated the picnic table on the large deck. Having 3 bathrooms with showers was wonderful. The ping pong room was a big hit with our teenagers. Amy was very helpful with local information and recommendations.

I really liked the convenience of the location. The inside of the cabin was really nicely decorated and everything was really clean. There were rooms for everyone and we got some use out of the washer and dryer. So that was a bonus feature. The view from the deck was cool and we watched bees one morning harvesting in the wildflowers while having our coffee outside. It was really quiet and peaceful. Had a great visit with family some whom we hadn’t seen in years. It was perfect for getting everyone together. I play music and the tall ceiling in the living room gave me excellent acoustics for singing and playing for my family. Thank you for a great stay! We will likely return.

The property is very nice and the view is beautiful. Sitting by the campfire out back looking at all the stars at night was amazing. Cabin was clean and fit everyone with ease. Only issue we had was all the huge flies in the cabin but that could have just been the time of the year. We kept windows and doors closed so we’re confused at how they kept multiplying. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful setting, well-maintained, with space for everyone and all the necessary items to make a VRBO your home away from home. Living space was open and gas fireplace was a nice touch, view off the deck of rolling hills and forest were excellent after a long day of skiing. Kids enjoyed the game tables and space in the basement, mom/dad enjoyed the main floor living space. Will return again soon!

Perfect place for a family ski weekend. Very close to Shanty Creek and close enough to several other ski areas. House had everything we needed to relax and enjoy family time after skiing.

We absolutely loved staying at this cabin! It was super clean, had a lot to do, and was very spacious! There did seem to be a ladybug problem! We found dead and live lady bugs everywhere! Other than that it was amazing!

We had a great time this week! The house is beautiful and in a great location with plenty of room for our entire group. We took the kids fishing at Johnson's Pond almost every day. Made the trip up to Leland and Traverse City. It was an awesome week.

A very nice property secluded yet relatively close for many day trips. Had a great beach day at Petoskey state park,a nice boating day on Torch lake and an all day trip to Charlevoix for the Venetian festival. It was a wonderful trip and was very relaxing at the cabin. This was my 3rd year at this property and 2nd at this cabin. Great week.

We stayed here with our 5 adult children--loved the ping pong table! It worked well for all of us including 2 of our kids who had to work remotely a few days. Good location--we went to Mackinac one day, kayaked another, played putt putt in Traverse City also. House had plenty of room and we enjoyed the deck and picnic table also.

This was a very nice place to stay for a group of friends. We had great communication with the hosts. It’s a good half hour away from Boyne, which is where we traveled to. The wifi is a little slow but wasn’t a huge deal. We would recommend staying here to others!

A great location for all of your northern adventures. The rental has all your needs and is perfect for couples and families. A couple mattresses could be updated. The check out cleaning process is a little bit more than I’ve experienced elsewhere. Give yourself extra time to vacuum and sweep the floors and wipe down the tables.

We came up here to snowmobile. We had perfect weather to go along with a perfect place to stay. The hosts Kathy and Jeff were amazing. The snow was coming down pretty good. They wanted us to tell them when we were an hour away. We pulled up to Jeff snow plowing the area for us. He also told us where the best trails were.. Thank you Jeff. Kathy helped us find a fun place to hang out at too. Very thoughtful Hosts. Their home was clean and cozy with everything you would need to entertain. We had a blast. Super close to trails, restaurants and stores, but nestled away on a serene country road. We will definitely be back!! Thank you so very much. The Everys
