The room is clean and I got a nice view with the mountain view suite. Everything is new and well kept. Close to all of the things you need like grocery, food, etc. I'll recommend this place to anyone. I would definitely book again.

This place was Great located right in the middle of Mammith Lakes close to everything. Beautiful views all around. Would absolutely recommend staying here!!

Newly remodeled, great view. Bed very comfortable, huge tv. Walking distance to everything. Do not leave food in the car. A bear got into a cooler in someone’s car overnight.

The Sierra House feels like new construction, which was hard to come by in my search results for accommodations. No problems with heating either, which was another common comment about rental condos. I was able to walk to a lot of places around town as well as easily hopped on the town’s free bus service (killer!). So the location is great. Covered parking is FCFS and limited. I’m glad there was a gym though the cable system weights seemed off 😂 my room had a balcony but wasn’t private due to stairs leading up to it. Still, the mountain view off of it and from the room were *chef’s kiss* phenomenal.

My wife and I stayed here for a short trip. We got upgraded to a better room at check-in. The views were immaculate and the room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again!

Fabulous view, clean room, and a wonderful steam room, sauna, and hot tub. What more could you wish for in a hotel? The picture was taken from our top-floor room.

Loved the room. The view was amazing. The room was very clean and well furnished. Everything was in working order. We stopped on the way up to Lake Tahoe. We liked the area so much we stopped on the way back too. And there was no question on where to stay. We stayed at the Sierra House on the way back too

Our stay at Sierra House was great. We were visiting over the July 4th holiday and stayed in their new buildings. The forest view was stunning from the top floor and the rooms were brand new, clean and very tastefully decorated. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment, and has a great spa on the property with a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Allie, the front desk staff was also really great! The only issue we had was that our balcony was shared with the room next to us, and no divider in between.

Really cool spot. Great hot tub and sauna area. Pool area upstairs gives mountain cabin vibes. Very good location in the main part of town. Bowling alley next door and lots of great places to eat in walking distance
