We arrived just after 4:30. We went directly to the property. When we opened the door there was a stron musty smell. We began to inspect and take pictures of any issues (as we always do). We noticed the following issues:Dirty carpetDamaged deck piled with what I couls only call junkSeveral lights that didn't workAnd, the source of the odor, mold on the ceiling over the shower.We immediately decided we could no stay in this unhealthy situation.I contacted Mammoth Estate Rentals and they were closed. I closed the place and decided to leave the Mammoth area.The next day I contacted VRBO. They contacted Red Awning and I began the process of requesting a refund. I am in complete disbelief that they offered only a 48% refund. I will continue to pursue this with both Red Awning and VRBO.
