Lovely property

The villa is situated in Pollensa Town. The Managing Agents did a wonderful job. Everything we asked for was immediately dealt with. They were a joy to deal with. We’ll done Owl. The villa was excellent for eight people especially with a swimming pool. We had a wonderful time

Luxusobjekt für Knallerpreis

Luxuriöse Villa, mit ordentlicher Ausstattung und Lage 5 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Marktplatz von Pollenca. Trotz 14° Aussentemperatur, hatte der Pool um die 40° und man konnte bis tief in die Nacht darin verharren. Für den Preis war es im November unschlagbar!

Lovely villa in fabulous location

The property was beautiful and extremely spacious. All facilities were good, fabulous location and easy to get around using buses and taxi's ( we didnt have a car) - the only really minor issue for us was the pillows !!

Spacious property

Very good initial impression but a bit 'tired' in various parts eg wine rack edging had peeled off on kitchen island and no bath plug in bedroom overlooking the pool. Well equipped although some equipment not working properly. The bottom rack of the dishwasher was ill fitting on its runners and therefore very easy to foul the rotating arm. Neither of the 2 coffee machines worked properly. Disappointingly small pool as photo very misleading. The decking was loose in places. Rain borne sand covered the decking but we could not clean it as no outside hose. Didn't use garage as too difficult with parked cars. It would have been much better used as a recreation room with table tennis or pool table.

We are a family of 6 plus 2 young children who like to cook in the villa . We would have liked more kitchen equipment ( in particular oven proof dishes). Otherwise the villa met all our needs.

Pollenca stay

Overall, the property is great and in an excellent location. Very spacious. Really liked the open kitchen and wide opening patio doors leading on to the patio area. The lighting throughout the property is well thought out but the lighting outside could be developed particularly by the dining area. Decoration and furnishing throughout the house were very tasteful. The oven and barbecue were good.Some suggestions to further improve the experience: Two sets of keys, particularly useful if different members of the party are doing different things. Road outside the property is very narrow and therefore if someone has a large/long car it is difficult to park in the garage- guests should be made aware. Dishwasher and washing machine were a bit temperamental. One or two big saucepans would have been useful particularly when catering for a large number. Also more than one oven rack is needed. There needs to be enough chairs for 8 people in the lounge and around the outside table. Having said all this, we loved the property and would not hesitate to stay there again. thank you.

Fabulous villa and great locatioin

Just returned from a 4 day break in the villa which accommodated 6 adults comfortably. The villa is spacious, clean and tidy. Location is about a 5-10 min stroll from the centre of Pollensa which has an abundance of great restaurants and bars. A taxi ride into Puerto Pollensa was 10 euros. The agents were very prompt in their responses and a special mention to Claudia who arranged for us to leave our suitcases in the office and even drove the cases back to the villa for our airport pickup. Any queries or information we asked of Claudia she happily sent through to us promptly. The Sunday market set in the streets and squares of Pollensa is a must to stroll around and you can't miss out on walking up the 365 Calvari Steps, Would highly recommend.

We stayed at this villa as a group of 8 cyclists. The villa has a great pool and was spotless clean. All the facilities are provided. You may need to buy dishwasher tablets and toiletries etc yourself. There’s the lovely town centre nearby where you could spend the evenings. Don’t miss the Sunday Market at the main square. The villa is very spacious and also have a large garage which was very useful for us to leave our bikes. Overal, a great experience. Will come back.

Lovely villa in a great location, perfect for groups or families.

We were 4 couples away for a new year break. The villa suited our needs really well, any requests were seen to promptly, overall a great experience. The only thing we would have liked was an up to date music system, maybe a bluetooth speaker?

The villa was ideal and plenty of space.

The property and location were ideal with the main square only a few minutes walk away. The purpose of stay was for a cycling holiday and the property was ideal with a large garage for the bikes and the proximity of the main cycle routes and bike shops. I would definitely return to Villa Alvarez again. Ken A.

Great family accommodation in Pollenca.

A really well appointed, comfortable house in the centre of town with plenty of space, a modern kitchen and all the creature comforts. The hob is OK for cooking small meals but rather minimalist for bigger groups. The sheltered courtyard/pool area is great for chilling out.
