"I was in need of a rental home for 3 weeks. I could not have found a better home and host than right here. The communication was stellar throughout. The house has an incredible sense of remote rustic feel while being very close to Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, etc. I loved the ease of commute to LA where I was needed on business a few times. The back patio in mornings and evenings, the open air vibe with the sliding doors open in the cool CA air - all create an amazing atmosphere. I love to cook...

"Stayed at this lovely Venice property for a week. Clean and well-appointed throughout. Erewhon and Abbot Kidney were within short walk and delightful. Owner/Manager was responsive and attentive. Street parking was a bit of challenge but manageable. Water pressure in the shower could improve but all in all, 5 out 5. "
