Wonderful location, beautiful space and amazing hosts. You can’t ask for better place to stay. So close to Abbott Kinney and Venice Beach but away enough to still be peaceful. Beautiful little bungalow that I would highly recommend to anyone!

Truly adored staying the night at this quaint tiny cottage in Venice. Communication was timely and efficient. I very much appreciated all the messages ensuring I made it in and what not. The space was nice and tidy upon arrival, the kitchen has pots & pans and other bits to cook with, there were lots of blankets and towels. Plus you can’t beat the location. I’m very much looking forward to staying another night in the future. Hopefully without all the rain :)

The cottage was sweet, simple, well maintained. I enjoyed the neighborhood and could easily walk to lots of great places. This is not easy in LA.we Ubers around to events, and it was accessible for the drivers on pick up and drop off. I would recommend it for a quick trip.

The owners were super communicative and very helpful. Lovely place in a great location. Close enough to walk to the beach. Smaller cars are easier to park in their parking space and finding street parking around was not super difficult. Just a note, if you stay there with others, the bedroom does not have a door on it.

Cute, conveniently located bungalow

My husband and I just stayed at this property for 5 days. It is a nice size and is very well located. We could easily walk to the shops & restaurants on Abbot Kinney and to the beach. The property manager was very responsive. As with most properties in Venice, there is no AC - but it cooled down quite a bit at night and the fans were sufficient.

Great location in Venice

The cottage was perfect for our needs during a short visit to Venice. The location was ideal, just about a block away from Abbot Kinney, and also within and easy walk to the beach, and to the Venice canals area. Despite being in the middle of everything, the neighborhood was still very quiet, so it was the best of all worlds. The house itself had everything we needed. It's pretty small but it has space for 3-4 people to stay comfortably (it was just two of us), and it was clean and had all the basics that you need for a little getaway. We'll definitely look to book this place again the next time we come to town!

Comfortable Stay

My friend and I had a great stay. You can't beat the location - everything you need is walking distance from the cottage. Abbot Kinney Blvd has the best shopping and amazing restaurants. Highly recommend if you're just looking for a basic place to stay.

Clean, Cute Neighborhood

We found it close, quiet and perfect for a casual beach weekend. Loved that I could bring my dog and to be trusted to be respectful without ridiculous fees or conversations. I have a well behaved bully breed, so it was nice to not deal with an overwhelmed owner who (rightfully so) fears dog damages. If I'm in the area again, this would be a fast choice.

We were very satisfied with everything. It's cozy, warm, quirky, with its own vibe, in an excellent neighborhood, with its own charm. Quiet, quiet, and more quiet. We loved it and it was a very accommodating experience, as we expected it to be.Go stay and see for yourself... it is what you make it.If you've got a dog(s), be aware there are additional cleaning fees.Communication with host and checking in/out is straightforward and a breeze.

Disgusting filthy place

We couldn’t stay there. It was so filthy. We have a complaint at VRBO to follow up to get a full refund. There was black bold Bathroom, and on the wall the tub was disgusting black mold in all the grout. The mattress was so filthy. It looks like something you’d find on the street being dumped. Owner said we had no right to look at the mattress. She also wanted us to pretend that we were friends with her if any of the neighbors ask obviously she’s not supposed to be running that and we didn’t know that until after we had booked it.

Great location, old bungalow

Communication was excellent, especially since I messed up the dates I needed. Instructions were excellent. Location was also excellent as it is walkable to the beach and the many restaurants on Abbott Kinney. The pictures did not match reality. It's a pretty old bungalow.

Birthday Trip

Loved the beach house vibe of the place. Great location just a 10 minute walk to Venice. Easy parking for the most part. Host was very friendly, accommodating and a great communicator. Let me bring my pitbull with me when most places don’t allow that. Me and my girlfriend had a fun trip and liked it. Definitely would recommend 👍

Great location and host!

Excellent location! Host was very helpful and friendly. Great communication and easy check in and out. The cottage was nice although it had a slightly mildewy smell. All of the other cottages on the street seemed to have chairs and or tables in front, but this one has a rule about not being on the front porch or sitting in the front grass area, which was disappointing because it’s on a lovely street. Overall a great place for a short stay close to shops, restaurants, and the beach.
