We arrived on New Year's Eve and the host was still incredibly communicative and helpful. The apartment is exactly as pictured. There was plenty of space for our family of five. We would stay here again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this VRBO apartment in Madrid! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was a gem. The location couldn’t have been better—just an 18-minute walk to Plaza Mayor and all the major tourist sites, which made exploring the city a breeze. The apartment is also perfectly situated near tapas bars, vibrant nightlife, and a convenient grocery store, so everything we needed was right at our fingertips.The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom featured a luxurious king-size bed, and the second bedroom had two cozy double beds—perfect for our family. We really appreciated the excellent air conditioning and heating, which made the apartment feel like an oasis after a long day of sightseeing. Having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus, especially for longer stays, and made doing laundry super convenient.The kitchen was well-equipped with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator. We ended up cooking several meals in the apartment, which was a great way to save a little money while enjoying the local flavors in the comfort of our space.As for the host, they were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were always available to help with any request, big or small. It’s clear they care deeply about their guests’ experience.We also compared this apartment to others around the same time, and we truly got the best deal—great location, fantastic amenities, and unbeatable

This apartment was so very centrally located, that was just great! It was so very easy to orientate yourself in the city.The check-in process was very simple (although we were not met by anyone).Our contact Jordi was extremely helpful during our stay. He even arranged for a taxi the morning of our departure.There are a few minor things that would have made our stay even better; a proper bread knife, a larger coffee maker, increased privacy in the guest bathroom and some games or cards. These are minor compared the location and the apartment.I highly recommend this VRBO!

A wonderful apartment that was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Our communication with our hosts was excellent - they were very flexible and left very thorough written guidelines and sent videos for check in process. The apartment was well located, within easy walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants and shops. Would thoroughly recommend and would stay there again. Thank you.

Comfortable enough.

Nice little apartment to use for a landing pad while exploring Madrid. Conveniently located near Plaza Mayor and there is an amazing restaurant right around the corner. Some of the best food we had during our visit!! The beds in the second room DO NOT make a queen sized bed. They make a bed that separates in the middle of the night. Overall we had a great time and were comfortable enough.

Amazing space, great location and communication

This is a beautiful apartment with so much space!! Perfect location. Although we had some plumbing issues, Belen and Jordi were super responsive and did everything possible to resolve the issues.

Bestens alle geplanten Unternehmungen, waren zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einzig die Dusche war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und sollte renoviert werden.

Has Potential but Disappointed

Apartment location and size were great. Main problem was we booked this two bedroom and 2 bath but the bath tubs faucets would not turn or work. This is for both bathrooms. Also, the faucet above one of the sinks in the primary did not work. Our son had to shower in our shower. We paid for a functional 2 bath apartment and did not receive as described. It made our 5 day stay challenging. The host commented “thanks for letting me know” have a Happy Holiday. No attempt to repair. Furniture in living room is uncomfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen.

Perfect place!

A perfect location and very spacious, clean, and well appointed unit for our family trip to Madrid. Entry was very easy and the caretaker, Jordi, took extra measures to ensure we could get into the unit without trouble despite issues with our flight and a change in our arrival time. Would only stay here on a return trip. Book with total confidence.

Excellent Location, Very Comfortable, live like a local

This was a wonderful stay - close to great tapas bars, streets and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Sol, Mercado, San Gines churros and chocolate plus the Palacio. The apartment felt spacious and comfortable and an oasis after being out all day. Beds were very comfortable. Area was quiet at night. Communication was excellent. Thank you for a great stay! Spacious apartment. Easy to walk everywhere in old central area of Madrid. Kitchen is well-equipped for meal preparation, but also many restaurants nearby. Bedroom was very quiet.

Great location, however, the place was dusty. The baseboards and the lower drawers were very dusty. The place needs a thorough cleaning. The air conditioner is a little weak and the second shower needs a curtain.
