Excelente apartamento, totalmente equipado y a pasos del Mercado de San Miguel

Esta unidad excedió todas nuestras expectativas! Para empezar, el edificio tiene elevador y la unidad cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos mencionados en la descripción (cocina completa) incluyendo lavadora y secadora de ropa. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue fluida, siempre pendientes de nuestras preguntas. Adicionalmente, Adrian y Miguel dejaron generosamente fruta, cereal, agua entre otros insumos para nuestra comodidad. Mil gracias y definitivamente regresaremos!

The best part of the experience of staying at Miquel and Adrian’s apartment was their extraordinary helpfulness in making our Madrid experience wonderful! Miquel greeted us with warmth and explained how things in the apartment worked. He was extremely helpful in calling the airlines everyday to help find our lost luggage. References were made for places to visit. This apartment is within walking distance to many major attractions. The apartment itself was exceptional. All the comforts of home in a tasteful decor. The apartment is located in the City Center and the Square Mayor was a vibrant and active cultural community. My husband and I highly recommend this apartment. Many thanks to Miquel and Adrian for a wonderful experience.

You can't do better than this place to stay in Madrid. It's absolutely in the heart of everything, it's roomy, comfortable... just perfect. The host checked in to see how things were going, which was a very nice thing to do. I can't recommend this apartment more highly. There is literally no downside to it.

The apartment was beautifully appointed and very clean. The kitchen offered everything we needed for breakfast and happy hour. We did not cook meals there as there were so many good eating options close by. The host was responsive and graciously left snacks and drinks for our use. The balcony was nice to have but a bit small to be usable. What we loved most about the place was the central location to many walkable venues.

Central, Comfortable Apartment

This apartment in Madrid was central to all the local attractions, dining and shopping. Located on the 3rd floor (there is an elevator), the apartment has all you need including nepresso machine, combo washer/dryer, A/C and overhead fans. Our hosts were punctual with letting us in and answered every question we had timely. They even supplied us with a few drinks, fruit and treats! During the heat of the summer, we came back to a very cool apartment. The apartment was over a central shopping area but was still very quiet inside- you would not know!We would most definitely consider staying here again.

Magnificent Madrid, magnificent stay

This apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures show. The location is perfect! right next to the Plaza San Miguel and the Mercato. And yet, with the windows closed, is completely quiet. With the windows open, the terrace is a beautiful spot for coffee or cava and to watch the activities. Miguel & Adrian are the most wonderful hosts. There was an assortment of snacks & beverages for us to enjoy, as well as a thorough explanation and maps of the things to see and do in Madrid. There were lovely sweet touches everywhere. Our only problem was that we only had a few days and were torn between just staying in this awesome place or getting out to see the incredible sights of Madrid.

Best apartment we’ve ever had

This beautiful apartment is in the most convenient neighborhood, seemingly no more than 20 minutes’ walk to anywhere and often even less. But more than comfort and location, the owners provide super attentive service and offer coffee, beverages, and snacks. We wish we could have stayed even longer!

Gem on Plaza Mayor!

This property is a gem!- Great location right off Plaza Mayor with easy walking access in central Madrid and minutes from Madrid metro and train station, right around the corner from the Royal Palace, Mercado San Miguel, and others.- Gorgeous apartment with all the required amenities.- Fourth floor (high enough to avoid most street noise) with an elevator.- Miguel and Adriano are perfect hosts, very thoughtful and kind. Communication was thorough and easy, well before we arrived and during our stay. They even provided snacks, fruit, coffee/tea, and adult beverages for our stay (the wine was excellent!). - Our new favorite place to stay is Madrid, and we will be sure to return.- Absolutely on point, cannot think of any suggestions.

Great stay again!

This is our second time staying here. We stayed about a week. Located right next to Plaza Mayor, it is also walking distance to Sol and the Royal Palace. Clean and spacious apartment with a clothes washer and small kitchen. Highly recommend!

The Spectacular Apartment Stay

This lavish apartment offered by Adrian and Miguel through Vrbo was the perfect place for us during our stay in Madrid at the end of September. Not only was the decor a centerpiece of artful achievement, but the location of this apartment just steps outside one of the archways off the Plaza Mayor is a perfect place to explore all the wonderful historical areas of old Madrid. The metro is close enough to bring all of Madrid within one's reach. In the apartment Adrian and Miguel have provided well organized literature on all the area places and "cercanias" (historic cities reached in an hour or two), and Ramon who was sent to show us around the apartment and answer any questions gave us many invaluable ideas about the places we might see and where we could look up more information in the literature. We totally enjoyed this well maintained 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment where the kitchen and beautiful dining room gave opportunity to cook and enjoy some meals, the living room with balconies could be open to the atmosphere of life in Madrid or just relaxation and conversation. We really loved this apartment we shared with a dear friend.
