My family and I stayed here the week of Christmas and had the best time. They were super accommodating, which made the trip all the better. We were flying in from out of town and were able to communicate a time to drop off our luggage and access the home, which made it easier to enjoy our first day in Spain. As far as the home itself, we’re a family of six and we found it to be perfect for our needs. The rooms were comfortable and the heaters made everything perfectly cozy and customizable for each room. The kitchen was large and had the main essentials needed for cooking. And the living room was great for our Christmas celebration, especially given the more formal dining space and seating set up. Overall we had a great stay and would totally recommend this location to anyone looking for a lovely time and easy access to central Madrid!

Great place and location

Great place to stay when visiting Madrid, it was very clean and exactly like the photos. It is on a side street (there was construction currently going on the surrounding buildings but only during the day and you cannot hear it from the bedrooms or kitchen area) very close to many nice restaurants. Will stay again if going to Madrid,

Modern Apartment

Apartment is very nice and modern located within 8-10 mins to Gran Via and Puerta del Sol. The specific street where it was located was not very nice though. I had to pay extra EUR30 because I checked-in at around 11:30pm which I didn't appreciate.

Week in Madrid Centro

The apartment is huge for 3 couples. We each had our own room and bathroom. Location is central to main tourist attractions. We had a great time walking all day and then heading home to rest and start all over the next morning

Perfect home in the city

This home is beautiful, large and in a very walkable area but not crowded and touristy. You can get to plaza mayor in 10 mins, shops at gran via within 5 mins. Salamanca district 20 mins. In the same building as a big theater. During our last night there, they had a big show which I wish we knew ahead of time. Bodyguards and police in the area to protect many important figures attending the show that night. Across the street- one of the best pizza we ever had, highly recommended!

Fantastic stay in the heart of Madrid

We loved the apartment and can't say enough great things. The size of the apartment is what really struck me when we booked and the reality is exactly as pictured: very large, well-kept, clean and comfortable apartment. The neighborhood is also wonderful as it's in the heart of the city with access to great restaurants nearby. We will for sure the apartment again when we return to Madrid!

We loved our stay! The check in process was easy and quick and the staff was incredibly helpful with our question and requests. The apartment was beautiful, clean and well maintained. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. The location was perfect for us as well. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent condo with the perfect location. Walkable to everything. Loved that the bedrooms were all in the back & away from any street noise. Check-in was a breeze and they even let us check-in early since the condo was vacant the night before. This was a huge plus since we had flown all night and arrived to Madrid early morning. The condo was so clean and bigger than expected. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again in the future.

Exceptional Apartment in ideal location

Fantastic experience. Within walking distance of museums, parks, and metro. Great hosts and a warm, welcoming apartment (we were in Madrid in January). Nice cafes and restaurants close by. Beds were very comfortable and area was quiet. I really don’t think we could have asked for more. Our host Maria was quick to respond via WhatsApp and focused on optimizing our stay. We recommend this home without reservation!

Modern, spacious, quiet and well located

My husband, daughter and I were visiting from Australia and spent five nights at Cortes. The apartment was large, modern, well equipped and well located. It was also well insulated for sound and heat (we visited in winter). Beds were comfortable too. We were able to walk to the Thyssen-Bornemisza and the Prado museums. There were many good bars and restaurants just a short walk away. We were also close to metro stations, and a short taxi ride to Atocha train station.

Overall, the property is excellent! Proximity to all, within 5-20 minutes walking distance. I give the property an overall 5 star since they made an effort on 2 incidents on the property. Very responsive on all questions and needs. I would definitely recommend and use this please again!

Family vacation

Centrally located with easy access to many attractions and restaurants. The apartment is bigger that the pictures tell. Very spacious with large comfortable rooms. Kitchen is truly fully equipped with everything anyone would need to make a full meal. Air conditioner works really well, not something easily found in Spain. Overall great apartment in a great location. Would recommend to others.

Beautiful and large flat

Very large flat near public transit options. Beautiful decorations and details. Extremely comfortable for our group of 4 adult friends…could have easily accommodated two more comfortably. Very clean and easy checkin process.

Great rental property

The apartment was amazing. We were there with a family of 6 consisting of 4 adult children (32,26,22,20) and the space was large enough and comfortable for all. The apartment is very clean with a great location within easy walking distance to many of Madrid's highlights. The property managers went above and beyond and helped get airport transfers and answered all other questions we had. I rarely leave reviews but this one deserved it. I highly recommend.
