Great communication. Beautiful location. Two terraces with gorgeous guess. There was air-conditioning which we did not need and heat in every room. Easy access once you understand the process.

Stayed for 4 nights with my siblings. A total of 4 adults. It was an amazing home with balcony on both sides with great view of the city. A full bedroom with closet and another bed that’s located on an upper level by ladder that sleeps 2. Clean with all the amenities needed. Centrally located with restaurants and shops just outside the entrance. The only issue we had was initially trying to access the front building door electronically, instructions may have been in Spanish that I missed translating but eventually was able to enter and no problems after that. Host was very nice to have given use new set of towels when requested since we were there for 5 days.Overall, the Penthouse was a great place to stay and would highly recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you for an unforgettable experience in Madrid!

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue magnifique . Accès simple . Les moins : déconseillé avec des enfants une chambre se situe en hauteur avec une échelle métallique sans garde corps non précisé dans l annonce , sommier inexistant pour ce couchage .Prévoyez shampoing et savon , ceux présents dans le logement sont de très mauvaise qualité .

Amazing location

Starting with the negative, check was not easy. The link sent didn't open the front door to the building and had to be sent through Whatsapp to get it to work. Once inside it is nice and bright with great views from balconies. The furniture on the balcony was dirty and one of the tables had a cracked glass. This was not an issue for us in the month of January since it was very cold. The apartments very high ceilings make it impossible to warm the living area and if we didn't keep the door to the bedroom closed it got cold as well. The windows are not double panned and the noise from the street can be heard throughout the night. The apartment needs some love and space heaters. The positives are the location and the fact that you do have everything you need i the unit. All the places we wanted to visit were a 15-20 min walk away. The kitchen has the basics but nothing fancy. The bed was very comfortable and the loft bed we never used. Overall if your main priority is location you won't be disapointed.

Réservez les yeux fermés !

On peut toujours chercher des détails négatifs. Nous avons choisi cet hébergement pour l’emplacement, ses deux Terrasse, et la vue. C’était au-delà de nos attentes. Les gérants ont été ultra réactifs, on a eu un souci à l’arrivée qui a été résolu très vite, et ils ont répondu à chacune de nos questions très rapidement rapidement. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent

Terrible and Filthy

This location is nothing like it appears in pictures. The unit is filthy, most of the furniture in the pictures is missing and what is left there is stained and broken. Shower was broken, patio is crumbling and the management team is impossible to get a hold of. We couldn't get access for two hours after our check in time and were only able to get in because someone else was entering the building. Save your money and stay at a reputable place - we lost a half day of our vacation in order to deal with this and I have spent hours back and forth with VRBO trying to get some resolution to this disaster of a booking. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Wow location

You can't beat the location of this place just one block for the Puerta del Sol. We spent many evenings people watching from the wonderful patio views. The livingroom is under furnished and the couch isn't the most comfortable, but the bedroom and loft were comfortable. Plus, the air conditioning easily kept up with several 90F+ days

Filthy Disaster

We arrived early and observed man cleaning piles of trash and dirt. We returned at 3:00 and could not access building. We followed directions but outside door locks would not work. We were finally let in. What a shock! No furniture except a dilapidated couch. Light did not work in kitchen. Filthy dirty walls with stains running down. No cushions for outdoor seating. False information stated large bedroom. Instead there was a small bedroom with saggy mattress. We tried to contact owner and agent agreed that unit needs painting and offered to refund cleaning fee. It was horrible and we left after one night but agent is trying to charge for two nights. We are seeking help from our credit card company and VRBO. They should exclude this rental company.

Stay in Madrid - October 2023

My husband and i stayed at your lovely apartment during our stay in Madrid. This apartment is located in a great location, walkable to all city tours. The balconies provide extra living space (weather permitting) for wonderful view of the city. Check in was easy and answers to our questions were answered quickly. Furniture in this apartment is minimal and the second bed is in a loft which requires climbing a ladder. Take this into consideration if you are looking for accommodations for four persons. if we ever come back to Madrid, I would look into renting this apartment again.

Cute Loft in Amazing Location

This loft / penthouse was so stinking cute. It’s not big, but my husband and I and our two small kids fit perfectly. The two decks overlooking the Four Season and JW Marriott hotels was stunning. I would recommend this place for a couple traveling to Madrid. It’s right in the center of the town. No need for a rental car with the location of this place. Check in was a breeze too.
