Accommodation
The apartment is on the FIRST floor of a building with elevator and terrace with furniture and is completely renovated with high-end equipment. It is located in Plaza Mostenses, between Gran Vía and the Malasaña neighborhood.
Although located in the heart of Madrid, given that the room overlooks a large interior courtyard, there is no noise, so it is perfect to sleep at night after a day of sightseeing around the city.

The apartment consists of:
* Room with double bed (Queen size) and wardrobe.
* Trundle bed in the living room that can be used as a sofa and converted into two single beds (90 * 200 cm) at night.
* Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and eat in the apartment. Includes ceramic hob, microwave with grill, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle / water-boiler and toaster and other utensils.
* Living room with dining table for 4 people, sofa, TV.
* Large bathroom with shower.
* Free WIFI.
* Centralized air conditioning throughout the apartment.
* Cot available on request, € 10 / stay
Attention to the guests
The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.
Upon your arrival, one of us will be in the apartment at the agreed time in advance to welcome you and provide you with the necessary information about Madrid and the apartment. During the stay we are available to answer questions by email or telephone and we have a telephone number for emergencies available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.

House Rules
Our check in time is from 4pm, meaning that by that time the apartment will be ready for use (although often ready before). However, if you come to Madrid earlier, we will make our best to allow you to let you luggage and we will give you the keys from 11:30am during week days (at no extra cost, it is simply a courtesy) or at the time when the cleaning lady is there on weekends (although we'll try to adjust her schedule to yours). We accept late check ins. If you arrive from 9pm to 11pm there is a LATE CHECK IN FEE of 15 euro payable upon arrival. From 11pm to 1.00am, the LATE CHECK IN FEE is 25 euro. If you plan to arrive after 1:00 in the morning, check with us first.
•Check out is by 11:00 a.m. (unless you have arranged otherwise with us). You can leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
•Please do not leave trash in the apartment. Please note above instructions for taking out the garbage (as it needs to be done the night before, we understand there may still be a little garbage left from the morning you leave).
•Please do not leave dirty dishes and you leave the apartment reasonably clean and tidy.
•If something breaks during your stay, please let us know -- we understand that accidents happen! We'd like to know so that we can fix or replace it prior to the next guest's arrival.
•Parties are not allowed, nor is any loud noise after 10pm in the apartment or at any time in the common areas of the building (entrance, stairwells, elevator if applicable). We kindly request you to keep the volume to a minimum when in these common areas. We care about our neighbours and respect for them is a must. If we receive well-founded complaints from any neighbour regarding the behaviour of guests, you'll be immediately requested to leave the apartment and Airbnb will be notified. We are very flexible and easy-going people, but disturbances to neighbours are a real issue.
•No smoking in the apartment.
•Only people who are officially on the reservation can sleep in the apartment.
•Please be sure that you've turned everything off (lights, AC, electronic equipment, etc) when you leave the apartment and when you check out.
•The Spanish legislation requires us to notify to the police the data of all people staying in the apartment; so we must ask you to show us your passport. We are not passionate about the idea, but the rules are the rules ...
