THE ACCOMMODATION



You have exclusive use of the 60 m² of the property. No shared spaces, with total privacy and designed for natural light to flow through.

Living room: A cosy space to relax after exploring the city. It has a television, high-speed wifi connection and a sturdy and very comfortable sofa bed. If four of you are coming, there's plenty of space to sleep wonderfully without bothering anyone. It also has a perfect table in case you need to connect for a couple of hours to work remotely.



Full kitchen: Forget those kitchens that only serve to heat up a coffee. Here you have a space equipped for real cooking: fridge, hob, microwave, coffee maker and carefully detailed kitchenware. Plus, it has its own washing machine, a huge bonus that you'll appreciate if you're staying for several days.



Modern bathroom: Complete and functional, with a spacious walk-in shower, hair dryer and plush towel sets for all guests.

HOW TO GET AROUND



The location allows you to forget about transport for almost everything; Madrid is conquered on foot from your door:



On foot: Plaza Mayor is 850 metres away, Puerta del Sol 900 metres and the lively Plaza de Santa Ana 950 metres. In about 15 minutes' walk you'll reach the Reina Sofía, the Thyssen or the Royal Palace. If you fancy some greenery, Retiro Park is 25 minutes' walk away.



Metro and Train: Tirso de Molina station (Line 1) is 400 metres away and Lavapiés (Line 3) 450 metres. Embajadores local train station is 700 metres away. If you arrive by AVE, Atocha station is just 1.4 km away (a walk or a very short two-stop metro journey).



Airport: Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas (14 km away) is about 25-30 minutes by taxi or VTC, or easily accessible by Metro (Line 8 with a change).



Parking: Madrid city centre is protected (SER Zone). If you're coming by car, we'll be transparent with you: street parking in Lavapiés is very difficult. The smartest and most practical option is to leave your car in a nearby car park and get around on foot or by metro.



BEFORE BOOKING AND HOUSE RULES



We want your stay to be impeccable, so here's how we work:



Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is flexible, from 15:00 until midnight (00:00), and check-out is until 11:00. If your flight or train arrives at an "odd" time, get in touch with us and we'll do our best to arrange it.



Local and multilingual support: We're a local team in love with Madrid and we're always available by message to help you with whatever you need. We'll assist you in Spanish, English, French, German, Italian or Portuguese.



Smoke-free space: Out of respect for the facilities and future guests, this is strictly a non-smoking accommodation, including the terrace area.



Pets: We're sorry, but we don't accept pets.



Cohabitation: This is a residential building where neighbours live all year round. We love for you to enjoy yourself, but parties or events are prohibited. We ask that you respect the building's rest by keeping quiet from 22:00 onwards.
