However in 2017 was totally renovated with new areas and new environment to appeal all our guets. We sincerely apologize this did not reach your full expectations.The entire team strives to provide exemplary service to all our guests to contribute to a most enjoyable holiday and clearly this time we did not achieve this with you.Calheta is indeed a true relaxing and peaceful town, outside the bustle of Funchal, but only 25 minutes away.We have taken good note of your comments and will use them to monitor and improve the quality of service we deliver to our guests.
