Comfortable stay, room for improvement
Group of 8 women stayed for a tournament. Our stay had comfortable and inconvenient aspects. The beds were cozy, but the lack of additional towels beyond one per person was limiting. Similarly, there is no dishwasher, and guests must bring their own laundry detergent should they wish to do laundry.The street itself was relatively quiet as. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not properly maintained with chemicals, so we opted not to use it. Additionally, the internet was non-functional during our stay, rendering TV devices unusable.Upon arrival, we were met with a significant inconvenience—the refrigerator had just been delivered, and improper installation caused a large water leak, which also affected the kitchen sink. Thankfully, this was resolved within a few hours, but it was a frustrating way to start the stay. Cleanliness was passable but not ideal—about a 6/10. A few bugs (roaches) were present, the hot tub wasn’t clean, and walking barefoot inside resulted in noticeably dirty feet. While there were positives, such as the comfortable beds and relatively quiet street noise, the lack of upkeep in certain areas impacted the overall experience. With some improvements in maintenance and amenities, this property has potential, but guests should come prepared for a few hiccups along the way.
