"The apartment was large and clean with good amenities. The only downside was very poor quality mattress (you could hear and feel the springs) and a rather small shower with a curtain that was too long and would frequently block the plug hole. As a minor point the apartments was lacking some basic 'comfort' touches like more cushions and lamps (as only had main bulbs in room so was either full light or no light). "We had a great stay at this apartment, loved the pool area and the apartment has its own sunny patio that get the sun from early till about 3pm with two sun beds. The location is perfect for exploring and not far from restaurants, beach and taverns. "Super flat on the second floor; very clean with quality fittings makes for a very comfortable stay. Private south-facing balcony with views over the Akamas peninsula. "The apartment was perfect for us as a couple. It’s well laid out with superb views. The sun hits the balcony decking around midday and is there until its sets. The apartment itself has all the facilities you would ever need. The internet and tv package was exceptional, and with a giant fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, a hot and powerful shower, quiet and efficient air con; all this enhanced our holiday. "Please note, we are a couple in our 60’s which will effect our review…… The balcony and the sunsets were amazing . The bathroom is a little old fashioned but nothing wrong with it . The living area was lovely other than some rather tired cushions in the sofa . You definitely need a car . The walk into peyia is not straightforward and when hot not really an option . It was quiet and peaceful most of the time and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Richard"

"This apartment, is very new and modern. It’s in a great location 300 yds from the beach with great sea views. There are several restaurants within 3 minutes and a supermarket and ATM. "Es un hotel que tiene ya sus añitos, se nota por el diseño y los materiales. Pero está todo tan bien conservado, con un mantenimiento tan cuidado, que se agradece el verdadero ecologismo. En lugar de estar cambiando muebles y baños para ponerlos a la moda, cuidan lo que tienen. "

"Sincerly, it was for me and my family the worst experience in our entire life. Firstly, King Evelton is far away to be a 5 stars hotel, the hotel needs an immediate down grade to maximum 3 stars. Personal has no politeness, no sense of customer care, service is unbelievably horrible, as for example this case among so many that happened, we ask two times for the TV to be check and none shown up to fix it during the whole stay. The hotel is dirty, completely dilapidated, fresh towels provided are dirty, the list is too long... Regarding the food, disappointed again. No fresh juice as well. So disappointed, promoting such hotel as a 5 stars is in my opinion a misleading advertising which lead the customers to book the worst hotel I've ever went to, this is unacceptable. To be honest, I usually do not comment about the hotels but this time I had to, I highly do not recommend King Evelton, avoid it to all cost. I hope this will help others in the future. This Hotel is a joke!"
