Beach lovers will appreciate the easy access to Blacklands Beach (0.5 miles) while keen walkers will surely make a beeline for the South West Coast Path (just 300 metres away from your front door).
Families and friends will love relaxing in the open-plan living area of this light-filled apartment, with its inviting corner sofa, Smart TV and wooden dining table for six. Mullion windows and doors leading to the balcony create an airy atmosphere reminiscent of European summers. The ultra-modern kitchen is ideal for cooking up yummy holiday feasts and the bedrooms and bathrooms, all on the one floor, are spacious and beautifully decorated. On the covered balcony, furnished with a bistro set, while away the time sipping tea and admiring the spectacular views.
The property is in an excellent location with easy access to pubs, shops, restaurants and a cinema in Lynmouth (1 mile). A trip to the higher-up village of Lynton (1 mile), accessible via a funicular railway, is highly recommended, while the awe-inspiring Valley of the Rocks offers dramatic coastlines and a chance to hang out with some mountain goats. Accessible via the coast path is the Lighthouse Keepers Cottage in one direction (4 miles) and the Crock Point nature reserve (3 miles) in the other – don’t forget to take lots of pics!
