"A wonderful place to stay in Ilfracombe. Lorraine and Adrian were excellent hosts and very welcoming. My room and ensuite were great, with a view down over the town and towards the sea. Spotlessly clean. There is a new terrace area for seating outside and they have retained the Honesty Bar downstairs with a range of beers, ciders, wine and soft drinks. The breakfast area opens out on to the terrace and the Breakfast menu is truly amazing with a massive choice and ALL dietary needs catered for....

"I stood at this family guesthouse for four nights when travelling on business in the area during May-June. The rooms are all upstairs, tidy neat, well-lighted and nicely decorated. You enter by their restaurant which, by the way, has very tasty seafood platters every day made by chef Steve, who also prepares an excellent English breakfast every morning. Although there appears to be no A/C, only heater, it's not needed because you are right next to the bay which provided very comfortable weather,...

"Located on main road into Ilfracombe. 20 minute walk into the harbour area or use bus stop just up the road. Enough parking for one car per group. Spacious, well-equipped room with comfortable bed, sofa, armchair, TV, coffee machine and kettle. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Nice welcome, pleasant conversation, helpful owner. Excellent breakfast with various choices."

"We had a wonderful stay while attending a wedding at watermouth cove. The view from our room was incredible, the room was super spacious and comfortable and the hospitality from Chris including a very hearty and delicious breakfast was superb. It’s also in a beautiful quiet location right next to a cove where you can walk and swim."

"Booked for a couple of nights as a base for an excursion. Location is close to car parks and the beach/harbour. I selected the twin room as I was traveling with my friend - 2 single beds with complementary drinks in the room and an en suite wet room. We're greeted by staff, who seems to do it all on her own (impressive!). Room was clean and quiet, included WiFi and breakfast. Breakfast was wonderful, offering small selection of pastries and yogurts and offering a variety of cooked breakfast...
