"Stunning visit- stayed just for 1 night but could not have been better. Upgraded room to Suite which was stunning. Flawless service, great food, and the Spa was brilliant. Thanks to all the team, really special stay. Feedback note- some confusion between kitchen and hotel services as to whether breakfast was included- kitchen disputed whether it was included which is a little awkward. Apart from this very minor note, was fantastic. "

"We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "

"Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at the old garage, very clean very homely and very modern, everything you could need for a break away, we did find the bed a little on the hard side but everyone has different comfort level with that, shower was amazing, host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival, would definitely stay again if we were in the area! "Our host Rebecca was quick to respond to any queries plus was very accommodating. The Milk House was extremely comfortable and decorated in style. "We stayed at the property as a group of 18 for two nights and the facilities were fantastic. Comfortable rooms and sofa beds with all amenities we needed, and lovely warm pool and hot tub. Communication ahead of time was prompt and helpful, and check-in was super easy. The property manager was very responsive to one minor issue we happened to have with the oven. The area was very peaceful and beautiful and an easy bus ride into Bath. Thank you!"
