"So, this was the first time that I'd ever stayed in a villa in Kalkan having previously stayed at a nearby hotel. Communication from the owner was great as was the payment procedure even though I was a little unnerved about not paying the deposit directly to VRBO. A quick chat with VRBO confirmed that this owner was the genuine article and was to be trusted. Prior to arrival, the owner sent us full details of the villa including WIFI, key safe codes, contact number and even step by step driving...

"Stayed here with family ranging from 76 to 3 years old. Everyone loved the stay. Fergal is amazing to deal with and super helpful and had provided a lovely hamper of food for our arrival which was very much appreciated. The villa is what you see in the pics. Abfee snags around the property but is end of season and these things will always happen but does not take away from the beautiful fantastic stay we jadnin comfort and luxury!"

"Villa Blue is a great place to stay. The location is great and you have excellent access to town. Mike gave us all information needed to make our stay as easy as possible. Ibo the maintenance manager was also on hand and resolved any issues we had. The villa is comfortable with a large outdoor pool area and equipped with everything you need. "Our week at Villa Greenscape made for an amazing vacation for our group of 14 people, at one of the few large properties open in November. Spending a week in Kalkan, we enjoyed short walks to markets, shops, and restaurants, many of which were open during the off season. While the tourist traffic was minimal, we had an easy time savoring the local experience of Kalkan. The property itself is just beautiful: flowering trees, gorgeous palms, and orange trees.
