We had an amazing week at the villa. The villa is beautiful and in a nice quiet location within easy reach of the promenade. The pool and garden area is stunning. I would definitely recommend this villa for families. The property Manager (Julian) was excellent and available by telephone if he was needed for anything. Overall we all had the best time and would definitely return.

Het was een aangenaam verblijf. Winkel op loopafstand, goede airco en goede bedden.... Ook het contact verliep erg vlot, Julian is het hele verblijf beschikbaar voor vragen of informatie. Goede ligging, uitvalsbasis om mooie plaatsen te bezoeken.

My husband and I stayed here for 12 nights, along with our daughter and her boyfriend. The communication with Julian, the property manager, was excellent - he was really lovely, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Check-in was a doddle.The house had everything we needed and we loved the pool. We also made good use of the bbq. The kitchen was well equipped, the Wi-Fi was strong in all areas of the house and garden, the TV had tons of English channels, the air-conditioning was very effective, the showers strong and the hot water plentiful.We normally hire a car at the airport, but on this occasion we boked a transfer via Julian and then just used taxis to get around. The taxi rank is a two-minute walk from the house and taxis are incredibly cheap. There is a little shop just across the road from the villa, but the lady charged us over 60 for a box of beer! We learned the hard way and from then on walked to the Migros supermarket just around the corner where we found everything we needed.There is plenty to do in the area and there are some nice eateries within a short walking distance.We enjoyed a very relaxing holiday, but I do have one gripe... There is a hotel across the road that plays very loud music from around midday to around 6pm every day. It's incredibly annoying, but unfortunately beyond the control of the villa, so nothing can be done about it.

Enjoyed our stay

This is a beautiful Villa and the pool outdoor space is amazing! There is Lots of space inside too. The Wifi was good also.Sadly we were not happy with the cleanliness of the property - the upstairs area, mainly the bedrooms were very dusty and had not been throughly cleaned prior to our arrival. One of the single beds appeared to have not been changed! And although this is a non smoking property cigarettes were found under the bed and also in the bin which had not been emptied. There was no vacuum available so we swept up/dusted what we could.The Facilities are more then adequate although Kitchen utensils/ pans etc could do with being renewedOverall we enjoyed our stay, just wished it would have had more of a thorough clean.

Schöner Urlaub

Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber und der Kontaktperson Julian war super. Alle Fragen und Anliegen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Das Haus sieht aus wie es beschrieben ist. Die Küche ist klein und das Geschirr könnten mal erneuert werden. Der Poolbereich ist wirklich toll. Störend ist leider das Hotel gegenüber, das fast täglich bis 23.30 Uhr extrem laute Musik spielt und die Kinder so nicht schlafen konnten. Sonst ist die Villa wirklich zu empfehlen

Super place to relax and explore from

Lovely property supported well by Julian the property manager. We had a relaxed and very enjoyable stay in the very clean and well maintained Villa. Ten minutes from the nearest beach club where we spent a little time and ate some great food. A couple of minutes further to the Dolmus terminal where you can get mini buses to Calis (less than 15minutes) then a little further and your in Fethiye. We did a lot of relaxing, a few markets, ate some really good food and walked a few miles. The more we stayed at the property the better we liked it. Especially likes the outside area and pool. Oh and a handy supermarket is a short walk away.

Chalis Villa

The property was in a good location with local shops for the basic essentials. Taxi's were cheap so no issues arranging travel to and from central Chalis with the local taxi rank who were very friendly and helpful. Local beach bars and restaurants also a short walk away. We all had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Perfect base for relaxing family holiday

Great space inside and out. Fabulous pool and outside area. Quiet location and a short taxi ride to Calis promenade. Amazing sunset every night. Felt like a slice of paradise!

Am zweiten Tag war das Klimagerät im Wohnbereich kaputt und es war Samstag. Die Agentur durfte ich außerhalb der regulären Geschäftszeiten laut Infoblatt nur in Notfällen anrufen, z.B. Brand oder Überflutung. Deshalb habe der Besitzer geschrieben, diese antwortete mir nicht. Musste dann bis Montag warten, ohne Klima. Am Montag habe ich die Agentur angerufen und die haben dann einen Elektriker geschickt. Die Besitzerin hat darauf noch eigen anderen Elektriker vorbei geschickt. Schließlich wurde das Klimagerät am Montag Abend repariert. 3 von 8 Tagen hatte ich kein Klima, mitten im August. Außerdem hatten die Klimas einen externen Timer welcher nur einen Betrieb von 2h am Stück erlaubte. Das heißt man muss sie zwei Stunden den Timer starten. Für eine Unterkunft für mehr als 1000€ die Woche, ist das sehr schwach. In der Unterkunft gab es keinen Staubsauger, es war nur Besenrein. Das die Socken waren immer komplett verstaubt.

Villa is situated in a very good location - shop across the road, taxi rank a little further and the beach is just a few minutes walk away with beach bars/restaurants. Pool area is lovely - it has the sun all day. Would definitely book again

Very nice villa in quiet area

Very nice villa with good sized pool. Well equipped, and clean and tidy. Good security, with small safe for money and valuables. There is a small supermarket about 50m away, but prices vary on what the lady thinks you will pay. There is a better supermarket down the road, roughly 300m. Taxi rank is 200m away, and taxis are very cheap. Calis with its bar and good selection of restaurants is a good 40 mins walk, or 18 lira(about £2.50), or the dolmus (bus) was 8 lira for two persons. If you walk in there is a very nice bar called Uptown, located on the first floor, as you arrive at beach. It is a must to get the water taxi to Fethiye, it only costs 9 lira each (for a single trip). Fethiye old town is well worth the effort. It costs roughly 50 lira by taxi from the rank by the villa or 18- 20 lira for a taxi to the water taxi in Calis, plus 9 lira each on the water taxi. Returning to Calis at night from Fethiye is very well worth trying.
