Our tour was excellent, the local crew who took us for the crew were the best. The food served in an island was one of the best we ate. Also the food served at the resort was by far the best we ate. "Pros: Lovely staff, very kind and poligt and would do anything to help. If you are visiting to do the whale tour, it’s the best location! Terrace is lovely, directly to the beach. Negatives: I found a long woman hair on my pillow as soon as I checked in. The frogs barking at night wouldn’t allow us to sleep. The door has a glass towards the hallway, and the hallway has the lights on = The room was full of light at night. The hotel pictures do not represent the reality of the hotel....

"The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and...
