Facility was very nice for family gathering. Game room and outdoor activities area plus hot tub gave everybody many things to do. The extras coffee bar,provided soaps and towels, bathing supplies were very nice. Highly recommend this facility.

The property was nice on the surface; big, comfortable, and with plenty of activities for the whole family. The well stocked kitchen was great when we needed to cook, and the large game room was fantastic when we needed to escape the rain. The host was quick to reply to messages, which is always nice.Unfortunately though, it seemed like the niceties were only surface deep as we has too many cleanliness and mechanical issues to ignore. The basement, for example, did not seemed as if it was cleaned between stays with existing garbage and mess when we arrived. There were other cleanliness issues around other parts of the house, like the kitchen, some bathrooms, and some outdoor areas, that were disappointing. Also, some of the appliances were slightly broken; the hot tub, kitchen freezer, dishwasher, and some overhead lights all had some level of mechanical issues.Overall, I believe this place works best for groups with young children that may be okay overlooking some of the cleanliness issues. But as a group of adults, we were expecting a different experience as this price point.

This is an amazing property to stay at! Our group of 20 were all blown away by the beauty of the home, amenities, and special touches provided by the owners. We loved it so much that we plan to book this location again next winter, and possibly even for a summer trip that we do every year. Also, the opening and closing steps were 'few' and 'easy', a bonus!Highly recommend!

Big Family escape to the PA countryside

This was the perfect location to do nothing and hang with family. We cooked a lot (the blackstone grill was awesome!) and enjoyed the pool and sports amenities on the property. Plenty of space to run around and for the kids to enjoy the game room and outdoors ! There’s not a lot around the area but that’s exactly what we wanted. We didn’t leave the awesome home and acreage the whole time!

Amazing House!

We had an amazing stay! The house was cozy, and all the provided amenities made it incredibly comfortable and convenient. The detailed instructions for everything, from the hot tub to the coffee bar, were helpful. The property was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, and the little touches, like the firewood added to the experience. Thank you for making it such a memorable trip!

This property was well thought out, meeting all needs and providing recreational activities (swimming pool, ping pong table, pool table, hot tub, playhouse, and more). If we had it to do again, we would have booked for longer!

Sisterhood Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! 30 of us from a small sorority at widener university stayed here for 2 nights and loved it! The girls all enjoyed the spacious layout, plenty of rooms, spacious outdoor(with the hot tub) and not to mention we loved the goats! Would recommend although it was bad weather before our trip so we couldn’t do much in the area! We still had an amazing time.

David's property was exactly what we need as a family. Large, clean and secluded. There was plenty of room in the home and the kids as well as adults enjoyed the large property.

A day and a half

I want to give this property 10 stars! Everything in this charming but modernized house is quality, quality, quality! Beautiful grounds, with koi pond, swing set, sandbox, basketball hoop, huge well-tended fields, an awesome hot tub, huge grill, fire pit and multiple sitting areas. Inside there were newer bathrooms, an abundance of couches, a huge table to gather around and a chef’s dream kitchen. Tons of hotel style towels, throw covers, toiletries were also included and so much more! David worked with us to allow us extra time during our stay which was so appreciated. It’s been our favorite home that we’ve rented so far!
