Pet-Friendly: While this unit welcomes one pet - it must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please be sure to select the “I am traveling with pets” box under the traveler details when making your reservation. A $125 non-refundable pet fee will apply.

Parking: One designated parking space is included. Additional resort parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Resort Amenities: Pools, hot tubs, and shared amenities are HOA-managed and may close without notice. Availability is not guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for amenity closures.

Ski Access: Ski-in/ski-out access depends on Lutsen Mountains operations, weather, snow conditions, and trail availability and is outside the host’s control.

Rental Agreement: A short registration and Escape VRM Rental Agreement must be completed after booking and before check-in details are released.

A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

Weather: Refunds are not provided for weather, environmental, air-quality, or related travel disruptions. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
