"I prepaid for a room. Room wasn’t ready at check-in. We were told the lot was full and we had to figure something else out. Have a parking spot during a busy concert weekend is one of the reasons we picked to stay there. After the concert, waited 1.5 hours to get out of the garage we finally found a spot in. Went back to the hotel and was told they don’t have a room for us (supposedly because of a pipe issue, but more likely they overbooked). They offered us a room at another hotel that was 35...

"The Omni Charlottesville was beautiful, clean, comfortable and relaxing. The indoor pool, hot tub was very nice. There was also a sauna in the men’s and women’s changing rooms. The lobby had lots of seating areas and a bar/small plate menu. The restaurant where we had breakfast was very good and also pretty with a relaxing vibe. Parking was very good. I’d definitely stay again.
We had two teenage grandchildren with us and they loved it."
